We loved our stay at this home! It had all of the conveniences we needed and the best part was the location. We were so close to everything! We would definitely stay here again and Joel was responsive, kind, and great to work with!

Accurate description and in a convenient area of 30-A

We were looking for the perfect house for our family and we absolutely fell in love with this property. Our whole family was able to fit comfortably, enjoying family dinners, game nights and movies together but also being able to have our own individual space to relax in as well. We love the bunk room! Each bedroom is oversized with lots of natural light. The beds and pillows are comfortable and interior design is gorgeous. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and they even had dishes for kids!

We didn’t plan on eating out much but there were so many good restaurants within walking distance we couldn’t pass them up! As a mom it helped me feel I was truly on vacation because I didn’t have to cook so much.

We loved the laundry room off of the kitchen and the first floor, so convenient after a day at the beach/pool. The first floor master is perfect for my mom to stay comfortably and not have to climb stairs.

Third floor game room was perfect for rainy days. Our kids loved the giant connect 4 game.

The owners were excellent communicators and they were very attentive to our needs. You could tell they wanted us to enjoy their home. I was surprised to find little details they didn’t advertise… like bikes and games and beach toys for kids. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness.

I was a little worried about the balconies on each level but the railings on the bottom of each were curved so the kids could not climb them. Each bedroom had a balcony except the bunk room which was great. The private balcony was my favorite place to begin my day! This home is located in such a beautiful and low traffic area.

We cant wait to stay again and bring friends. Four couples can fit comfortably having their own bedroom and space.
