Located in the heart of Rosemary Beach, “21 Hamilton Lane”, offers 30A travelers a place to vacation in style and comfort. This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home provides adequate sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people.

Upon entering this property you will be taken back by the elegant and inviting decor that makes “21 Hamilton Lane” feel like home away from home. The open concept 1st floor living space has a well lit and cozy living room with a TV above the fireplace as the centering point of the room. Step outside from the living room to the front porch that faces West Kingston Park and enjoy a cup of coffee on the couch. The other door leading out of the living room has a dining table for four and a grill. The round dining room table grounds the area between the living room and kitchen and provides seating for six. The kitchen is well equipped and has bar stools for four to provide extra seating. Step out of the kitchen doors to the back patio and paved parking area to find an outdoor fireplace with seating. Additionally on the first floor you will find a powder room and laundry room. 

There are two master suites with king size beds on the second floor both with en suites and private balconies on opposite ends of the house. There is a fun kids bunk room on the second floor that sleeps 4 in two twin over twin bunks. The shared hall way bathroom has two sinks and a walk in shower. The third floor loft has been converted into a bedroom with two twin size custom built beds.

You will be in the ideal location to enjoy the Cabana Pool which is just a 4 minute walk away or explore all four of the Rosemary Beach pools, fitness center and tennis courts! North Barrett square is just a 5 minute walk away where you will find local boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants.

3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
5) Currently there is active construction next door to this property and we do not have a completion date at this point.
