Welcoming you with bright natural light through over sized windows you'll find stylish decor and cozy furnishing in the first-floor main living area. Furnished with a plush sofa and large flat-screen TV, you'll spend evenings here with your favorite people, watching a good movie with a big bowl of popcorn.  Adjacent to the living room is the open-concept kitchen and dining area, featuring high-high stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and ample counter space for meal prep. Cooking a gourmet meal here is almost as delightful as savoring that meal with your closest friends and family. As the evening winds down, enjoy a good conversation with your favorite cocktail in the private courtyard.
