Right in the heart of the infamous Rosemary Beach you will find a carriage house unlike any other...Sands Cottage Carriage House! Just above the garage, you will find the newly refinished and beautifully appointed carriage house with a spacious open concept living space and beautiful beach decor. The carriage house offers sleeping for 3 with a twin bed and a king bed. It is newly renovated with gorgeous wood floors, granite counter tops, and pristine decor!

This inviting 2nd floor living space opens to a full living room and full kitchen. The kitchen contains stainless steel Bosch appliances. The appliances include a full size dishwasher, oven and cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. There is seating at the kitchen island bar for four. There is a built in twin bed with its own TV and sliding bar door for privacy on this level. A convenient porch off the living room makes it easy to step outside and take in the Rosemary Beach views while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of your favorite wine. There is a full bathroom with two sinks and a walk in shower. In addition, the carriage house includes full size front loading washer and dryer. Just up the staircase to the 3rd level loft you will enter the cozy/chic master bedroom that offers a king-sized bed and 2 comfy chairs for reading or a great conversation!

The grill outside in the private courtyard is perfect for grilling with the family after a relaxing day on the sugar white beaches. After you're done grilling hop on the bikes and cruise to the Cabana Pool which is close by and take a dip in its luxurious waters. 1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 2 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.  
5) Absolutely NO PETS allowed in property.
