There is a built in twin bed with its own TV and sliding bar door for privacy on this level. A convenient porch off the living room makes it easy to step outside and take in the Rosemary Beach views while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of your favorite wine. There is a full bathroom with two sinks and a walk in shower. In addition, the carriage house includes full size front loading washer and dryer.
