Overlooking St. Augustine Green, you'll sip your coffee on the private patio furnished with al fresco dining for four and an over-sized reclining love seat. 

This gorgeous 1st floor flat can comfortably accommodate 6 guests with 2 bedrooms/2 baths. The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a private bath, including a walk-in shower and a dual vanities. The guest bedroom sleeps four with a queen size bed and twin over twin built in bunk beds. Just across the hall from the guest bedroom is the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination and single vanity. 

Prepare a meal in the kitchen while enjoying your guests' company in the open dining and living areas. The dining table seats eight comfortably and there is additional seating at the bar for two. 

Visitors can walk down the cobblestone streets to the Rosemary Beach shops & restaurants, or stick their feet in the sugar-white sand of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The emerald green water is breathtaking and is the gorgeous backdrop for your family vacation photos!
