The first floor of "Pappas Cottage” features 3 bedrooms, all with private en suites, and a living area. Kick back and relax in the first floor living area furnished with a brand-new sectional sofa and large flat screen TV. The kids are sure to have sweet dreams in the first-floor guest bedroom, fit with 2 twin size beds; an additional guest bedroom located across the hall is supplied with a queen size bed. Enjoy your quiet time in the first-floor master suite furnished with a king size bed and providing private access to the courtyard.

Promoting vaulted ceilings and sizeable windows “Pappas Cottage” second floor welcomes you will expansive views of the sparkling Emerald Gulf and Eastern Green; the spacious open floor plan allows an easy transition to the kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is a “Chef’s Dream”, dripping in stainless steel and equipped with a 5 burner Thermador gas range, side-by-side Subzero refrigerator, and dual ovens; take that gourmet meal to the dining table with seating for eight. Wrap your evening up on the plush sofas and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV, or take your cocktail to the second-floor balcony over-looking the Eastern Green and watch the Summer sun set into the Gulf. Escape with your better half to the second-floor master bedroom furnished with a king size bed and featuring a private bathroom and balcony. “Pappas Cottage" third floor loft will entertain the kids for hours, supplied with board games and bean bag chairs.

Enter the carriage house to find a queen size bed, bathroom and it is equipped with a kitchen and mini refrigerator, living and dining area. There is a stacked washer/dryer for convenience.

2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.
3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Discount and Promotion Restrictions Apply. 
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
