This is the second year we’ve stayed in this house and it’s wonderful! Three bedrooms and everyone has their own bathroom! The decor is lovely! Great private courtyard accessible from the living room and a bedroom for grilling. Private balcony off of an upstairs bedroom that I have coffee on every morning. We had a beach house for years and this gives my family the same warmth of gathering at the beach. Rosemary is just outside the gated community. Everything is walking distance. This is the best side of the beach! George’s, Gallion’s, LaCrema & Cowgirl Kitchen are all great restaurants in walking distance. This house and location is a gem! The hostesses are wonderful!

We loved staying in Sun & Sea & Sea Bungalow! It is clean, charming, and beautifully decorated. Steps to the beach in a beautiful gated community. We love you can walk to everything in Alys Beach & Rosemary Beach. Dave & Jill Burke are perfect hosts and are on top of anything you might need! This is our 4th year and we can’t say enough about the white sand and emerald green water we enjoyed walking along daily. Thanks Dave & Jill!

Our family recently rented this 3 bedroom home and we can't say enough great things about the actual house and it's location. We were literally steps to the pool and ocean and with having a couple kids in tow, that made a huge difference. We loved walking in the evenings to local restaurants and activities for the kids. We really never needed our car to enjoy the surroundings. If you're looking for convenience and a beautiful property, this is the home! The kids are already looking forward to next year.

Sean & I had the most amazing time staying in this gorgeous home for a week in late February! A short stroll to the pool and beach! The home was beautifully furnished with quality linens & art. Everything we need to prepare a meal and be comfortable. There was nothing forgotten. This house has it all! We walked to Rosemary & Alys Beach leaving our car in the driveway. Loved all the nearby restaurants - George's, Raw & Juicy, Neat and Pescado to name a few. Trust me you will not regret reserving this home for your next vacation! We loved everything about our stay! Having stayed in the owners other properties we knew that this lovely home would not disappoint! This was the first time staying on the beachside in the beautiful secured community of Sunset Beach .Upon entering through the gates you are greeted with the lush landscaping and beautiful homes. The heated beachfront pool is just steps away from sugary white sand! This house is nothing short of amazing with its coastal theme and classy decor. It was so convenient to have a master king suite on the first floor with washer/dryer and full bath. The kitchen was so well equipped that you could easily prepare a Thanksgiving dinner! The upstairs was a big plus having two more bedrooms both with their own full bathrooms. We enjoyed grilling out and having a glass of wine on the private patio too! This house is in a prime location, we love being able to walk to bars, shops, and restaurants and stroll through the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods! We will definitely be returning to this Gem of a house! Thank you!

Wanted to take time out and tell you what a wonderful time we had in your lovely Sunset home. It was spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable. You provided everything that we could possibly need for the week. The kitchen had all the gadgets that anyone can possibly use. We only cooked one night and went out the rest of the time. I can tell you that one week was not enough and I wish that we could go back next month. We definitely will reach out to you in the future. Many blessings.

Had the pleasure of staying here in this gorgeous home for a week in June. My family loved being so close to the beach. Kids loved the beachfront pool. We would typically play at the beach every morning, have lunch back at the house, and swim in the beachfront pool all afternoon. House was clean, and well stocked. We walked every night to dinner in Seacrest or Rosemary. Rooftop bar is wonderful at Pescados. Pearl Hotel has a great happy hour, great food. Paradis is fine dining, which the adults did one evening and we had a great evening. Rented bikes at Peddlers and biked to Seaside one day, which was 7 miles each way, but so much to see along the way. Jill, the owner/manager was great to deal with. We will definately come back here to Sun n Sea Beach House in Rosemary Beach !!

I cannot say enough about how perfect this house is from the location to the furnishings and more. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for my family. We loved walking into Seacrest and Rosemary to enjoy the shops and restaurants. The kids loved going to the Sugar Shack everyday for ice cream. We have already booked our vacation for next summer at this house. Cannot wait to go back.

I was so lucky to be able to stay in this bungalow while the new owners were remodeling. It was worth it. The house was perfect for me and my 3 girlfriends. The location is perfect. Once we pulled into Sunset and parked our car, we never got back into the car the entie week. Rented bikes at the Peddler's in Seacrest and rode to all the restaurants, bars and shops. The food is amzing!!!! I cannot wait to rent again and to see all the new furnishings that they are putting into this house. Loved it!!!

"Sun and Sea", 80 steps to the private beach access
The best part of the Bungalow is its location. Not only is this just a few steps to the beach and the pool but you can walk out the gate and turn right and you are in Rosemary Beach or turn left and you are in Alys Beach. Rosemary features some decadent restaurants, quaint shops, coffee and wine bars, and the new Pescado Roof Top Bar, and the famous Sugar Shack candy store for kids of all ages. Turn left and your in the new Alys Beach community featuring some stunning archtecture and some fabulous shops and restaurants like "Georges" Seafood Restaurant and the new "Citizen Restaurant" along with the newest edition, "Neat" tasting bar featuring award winning Vodkas and Bourbons from all over the world. Most weekends you can find live music in the village of Seacrest or Rosemary square. So many great restaurants and shops to walk or ride your bike to. You do not have to get back in your car. Bike rentals are available and the scenic 30A bike trail is right outside the gate and runs for 26 miles. Your an easy bike ride into the Hub/ Big Chill and Seaside is a fun ride ( 4 miles) and you can have lunch or a few drinks in this cute little town before riding back to your house. Youll pass over some very scenic coastal dune lakes, bridges, and some amazing homes that you may want to photograph.
We know your family will love this Bungalow and this end of 30a, as much as we do and once you vacation here, you will want to come back again and again. We look forward to seeing you at the beach.
