We stayed in Gloria’s condo for a long weekend getaway. It was perfect! The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. It has every amenity you could possibly need. The location is fantastic. Easy walk to the gorgeous beach. Located close to several great places to eat. We enjoyed walking to lunch and dinner with little ice cream detour thrown in the mix. We would most definitely stay here again. It’s perfect, and Gloria is ready with lots of suggestions for food and fun!

Our family enjoyed our week at Gloria’s condo! She helped me with any questions I had during the process. The weather was picture perfect during our stay! The beach was beautiful with blue waters and it was so nice to enjoy the ocean view from the balcony. The condo was a win, win!!! We had a few dinners out within walking distance, which is a major plus in my book.

This was our first time staying at San Remo and it was absolutely perfect! 407 was clean, stocked with everything and more, and had the best view! We enjoyed waking up and having breakfast on the condo! The best part may have been the fact that there was never a wait on the elevator!!! Gloria was amazing - truly a perfect host. Don’t bring spices - there’s plenty! ;) We can’t wait to come back!

San Remo #407 my favorite. We have been staying at San Remo over the past 10 years but never stayed on top floor. Loved the view. The condo was stocked perfectly and Gloria was great to book with ! Beds were great, kitchen was stocked with all the spices you could think of. Set up on beach was easy and always very polite and kind. All kinds of beach items were stocked in her closet...chairs, noodles, etc ... My favorite was the fresh flowers on the cabinet when we arrived..so welcoming! Will be booking with Gloria for our vacay next year.

What a wonderful condo to spend part of our Winter (2/13/21 - 3/13/21)! The condo was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked most of our meals considering Covid.. much better stocked than any other condo we've booked. All the beds were very comfortable. Our young grandchildren were able to visit us and fell in love with their cozy bedroom with twin beds and the beach toys too. Having the two king bedrooms was perfect for our family as well. The beach towels were top quality and lots of them too, such a nice touch. Our favorite part of the condo was the deck/patio. It was the perfect location to enjoy a cup of coffee/ breakfast in the morning in the sunshine and then the patio sofa is positioned so we soaked up the afternoon rays as we read/enjoyed the view. The top floor condo makes for a quiet spot for relaxation at it's finest!!! We've stayed at other San Remo condos and this one was by far our favorite. San Remo is gated, in the perfect location on 30A, and the beach/pool are always well kept. It was a pleasure to work with Gloria. Loved every minute of our time at 407 San Remo and would love to return! Thank you so much Gloria!

I recently stayed at San Remo 407 and it was absolutely perfect. I'm already trying to see when I can get back with some friends. The location couldn't be easier to get to the grocery, shops, and restaurants. Waking up to open the balcony and see the pool and the ocean right in front of you is a dream. Gloria is also extremely easy to communicate with and sets you up with everything you could need for your stay. You have to go!

What can I say but wow! The pictures just do not do this condo’s location justice. The views and sounds of the ocean from the large balcony of this condo are fantastic. Mrs Gloria was a joy to work with and everything went so smoothly. The condo was immaculately clean and outfitted with everything you could need from kitchen to bath to closet of pool/beach toys. The location simply cannot be beat. Not only is it just a few steps across the board walk to the beach, but once you get to the beach it is private so none of the crowding issues of many others. Up and down the street within easy walking distance ( we had a 4 and 5 year old along) are numerous restaurants and shops.

My three sisters and I love coming to Santa Rosa Beach for our girls week each year. We are so fortunate to have found San Remo Unit 407 as our headquarters for our week together. Our activities include eating, beach time, shopping, and sleeping. The balcony is a beautiful place to hang out together for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Gloria keeps the condo updated and very nice. I love this place and look forward to our trip each year!

We love 30A and have found San Remo and 407 to be our favorite rental in terms of location, consistency and value. The beach is convenient, the pool large enough to never feel crowded, and the property in general is always well taken care of. Unit 407 is especially to our liking. It was recently updated with new counters and appliances, among other things. We like being on the “top floor “ for both the view and the privacy. The master has a new mattress, which we found especially comfortable and even though we don’t use the 3rd bedroom for anyone to stay in—we like it for storing bags, towels, etc so that the other bedrooms are never cluttered. We’ve known Gloria Thomas for years. She always keeps the unit nicely appointed and in good shape and has always been very responsive. We continue to recommend her and 407 to our friends.

Wow! I love this place!!! Found it on line, booked it and have spent winter months here for 10-12 years. Owners think of everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Beautifully furnished, updated often. New granite walk-in shower in master bath this year!! Decor through condo is lovely. I love the large balcony with comfortable seating and great view of ocean and sunsets.

What a great place! The condo itself is spacious, well furnished and clean. It is every bit as good as it looks in pictures. The property is well maintained with a great pool and boardwalk to the beach. Even on Labor Day weekend, the beach was not over-crowded. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Communication with the owner was top notch. Nothing but good things to say about our stay at San Remo #407.

San Remo 407 is a great location! Not so commercialized as Destin and you still get the beautiful white sand and emerald blue waters. Pool has plenty of room and the beach is right there to enjoy as well. Great for a family get-away, and a location that is now at the top of our list. Thanks for sharing!

Your condo wa perfect!! By far the best we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many in the area. It felt very much like home to us. We are very picky about comfort, convenience, and style, all of which exceeded our expectations. This condo is beautifully decorated. The large balcony is great for outdoor living. Thank ou for your Southern hospitality as well. Hope to stay here again sometime soon. We had an awesome time.

We had a beach wedding on Santa Rosa Beach and stayed at this condo. The rehersal dinner was at the HIghland house and we could walk there. It was a very comfortable condo and the location was wonderful. We rented bikes and rode up and down 30-A. Beautiful ride to Seaside!!

Enjoy Gulf views from this 3 bedroom, two bath, condo. It is a very short walk from the condo down to the beach on our beach board walk.

**The third bedroom has two twin beds and 32" flat screen.

**The condo is located on the fourth (top) floor.
**The condo's large private balcony (350 sq ft) has unobstructed views of the the pool/ hot tub, private pond, and the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico.
**The condo unit has 1360 sq ft and is located on Santa Rosa Beach. The complex sets back a little because of the natural pond. This gives a lot of privacy to the balcony.
** Fully stocked kitchen with Blender and KEURIG coffee maker
** Pack and Play and high chair available upon request
**San Remo is gated for security.
**A large pool side community room with full kitchen available to rent for meeting, reunions, wedding receptions, etc.

** Balcony is furnished as an outdoor living area. It is very comfortable and relaxing!
When you are not enjoying the beautiful beaches, you are just a short walk or drive to a variety of restaurants and shopping.
**San Remo is quiet and peaceful (no high rises, traffic or congestion) yet easily accessible to Destin and Panama City's many entertainment attractions such as the Gulfarium, scuba diving, Big Kahunna water park, fishing, dolphin cruises, roller coaster rides, and Silver Sands Outlet Mall (the largest shopping mall in the southeast).
**Gulf Place shopping is within walking distance to the condo and it offfers many great restaurants. Goatfeathers restaurant and fish market is just two blocks away.
** Other great restaurants in the area are: Cafe Tango, The Perfect Pig, Stinky's, The Vue, Blue Mabel, Pizza By the Sea, and Shunk Gully Oyster Bar, Pappa Surf, Mimmo's and Cowgirl Kitchen. These are all within 2 miles of the condo and most are a short walk down the bike path.

The kitchen has all new appliances and granite counters, in 2019. The baths were remodeled in 2019 with a large walkin shower in the master bath, new toilets and granite counters. New furnishings and bedding in 2018. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the master with private bathroom, a king bed (second bedroom) and adjoining bath. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The sofa is a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps max of 7, that includes small children and babies.
