New in 2018, 91 San Juan is a two-story home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 4 balconies, and sleeps 10. It-s in the heart of Seagrove Beach, just 300 yards to beach access and 1.25 miles to Seaside.
Outside, the private pool is very inviting. And along with a large Green Egg grill, this is definitely a vacation highlight, an excellent area for the entire family to unwind. Overlooking the pool area is the screened-in back porch. This wonderful space, with a hanging day bed, can be accessed through the French doors in the open living area.
The interior is bright and charming, with high-end finishes, hickory wood floors throughout, 10- ceilings on both levels, and quartz countertops in the baths and in the gourmet kitchen, which includes commercial-grade KitchenAid appliances. The spacious dining area comfortably seats 8.
Nearby, a primary suite, king, has a private bath with large walk-in shower and dual vanity.
