Just got back from a 4-day surprise Birthday party in Seacrest Beach. We rented 2 houses. The accommodations were perfect, and the houses were spacious and very nicely decorated. I'd definitely stay with 30A Escapes again.

Got to share such an incredibly relaxing and beautiful experience with our children and our grandchildren in Seacrest Beach. 30A Escapes presents... 'Sea Jewel'
Welcome to 'Sea Jewel' in the heart of 30A! You will be welcomed by an inviting 1st floor living space complete with an updated kitchen, cozy living room and dining area. The side deck leads you out and down to the private pool! Make a splash or soak up the sun in the loungers. Enjoy the covered patio by the pool and grill up a great dinner pool side! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample counter space with bar seating for four. The dining room has a table that can seat six guests. The living room is cozy with two sofas, two chairs and a TV. There is a 1st floor guest suite with a king size bed and the en suite has single sink and shower/tub combo.
Head up to the 2nd floor where you will find the primary suite complete with a king bed and private en suite. The primary en suite has two sinks and a walk in tiled shower. There is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and a bunk room with two queen over queen bunks. These shared guest bathroom has a single sink and a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is on the 2nd floor as well.
The beach access is a Walton County Access called 'Ed Walline', just 0.5 miles from the home, and has public bathrooms! You will be in the ideal spot to walk to shopping, restaurants, grab a coffee, and even ice cream shops for the kiddos! Cruise up and down 30A on the golf cart or bikes and explore all the wonderful things this unique beach town has to offer! 1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.
