Great views on the bay...stunning sunrises and colorful sunsets! All of the great restaurants and shopping of 30A and Grand Blvd were minutes away. Elizabeth was a great communicator. I highly recommend staying here and my family will absolutely be back!

The house was beautiful. We loved the dock and all the extras like the kayaks and outdoor area. The water near the dock is not too deep, it went up to about our hips. So it’s perfect for swimming. The host and owner were so helpful and sweet. We can’t wait to go back!

The Sunrising on the Bay each morning were wonderful. Everything we needed there was plenty of. The paddle boards and kayaks were a nice bonus. If you so desired, it would be a great place to enjoy without even leaving. It was easy to get to the beaches at 30A where they were less crowded than towards Miramar and Destin. 6 thumbs up

From the beautiful, relaxing sounds you are going to hear in the morning watching an amazing sunrise to the dolphins that you might get the chance to see in the bay in the afternoon, from the great location to all the amenities this house has to offer, please book this place and you will not regret it. Easy check-in and was super clean when we arrived. It had all the kitchen and beach accommodations we needed. Loved waking up in the morning to a beautiful view. We enjoyed night fishing off the dock. The location is super close to grocery stores, beach access and shopping. We even took day trips to PCB and Destin. Elizabeth is a wonderful host! Always quick to respond and great communication. We definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend!

You can fish off the pier, take the paddle boards out for a relaxing time. The water is shallow enough to swim in. I would recommend checking it out. We will return again it was so relaxing.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on the Choctawhatchee Bay in Santa Rosa Beach, FL
The space: A genuinely comfortable and clean home with a picture-perfect view of the sunrise. Enjoy the water view from every back room in the house. Cook your meals in a fully equipped kitchen or drive to one of the many local restaurants. At the end of the day enjoy gazing at the stars with your own private campfire on the patio. Easily connect to the internet with a tap on the new wifi porter in the kitchen.
Guest access: The guest has access to the house, outdoor shower, yard, dock, paddle boards, pontoon paddle board, and green kid kayaks.
Other things to note: There is an additional $200 weekly boat fee for guests who want to bring a boat. Proof of boat insurance is required.
Note: Hurricane - If an evacuation is ordered you must leave and follow evacuation routes. If one is not ordered you are allowed to stay knowing that the host/owner will hurricane proof the house (bring all outside furniture and equipment) for hurricanes with a rating of 3 or higher.
