Beautifully decorated home with amazing gulf views overlooking the Topsil forest. Deer grazing in the back yard, osprey and bald eagles and occasional dolphins in the gulf! Gated community which was quiet and short walk to the pool. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the future. The owners were excellent to work with and could not have been more responsive.

This was an amazing house, host, neighborhood, and location. Every deal was included. We used the beach chairs, bikes and boogie boards. The kids loved riding the bikes to the beach. The pool was quiet and only a few houses down. The kitchen had everything we needed including Tupperware for us to keep our leftovers and fresh cut fruit fresh. The coffee bar was great! My Dad loved grinding his own beans every morning while I enjoyed the k cups. Our host was amazing and answered all of our questions right away. Her recommendation of the Bishop road beach entrance was exactly what we needed to feel like we had the place to ourselves. That beach is much different than the crowded ones down the road. We will definitely be back!

The home had a beautiful view and was peaceful and tranquil. My family enjoyed the spacious and sparkling clean environment. We loved the open space where we could gather, and the home was well-stocked. We also appreciated the provided bikes and beach chairs. Additionally, the pool was gorgeous, and so was the neighborhood.

5 stars! Kristie and her husband were outstanding hosts and this property is an excellent choice if you're looking for a quieter stay for your family and yet have amazing ocean views. We love Cypress Dunes because of the pool and overall vibe -- NOT a party destination but lots of families who are renting and others who own but are very friendly as long as you aren't looking to party. We loved that this home came with some of the basics that helps out families like ours enjoy our stress-free vacation... things like bunk beds, beach chairs, sand toys, tennis rackets, bikes, many TV's, etc. We would love to come back in future years!

What an amazing property! The views from the top floor are unparalleled and provide a sense of tranquility. The amenities in the community center were great and the neighborhood is close to lots of dining and shopping options. Communications with the property owner during our stay were prompt and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful vacation in Santa Rosa. The location of the property was PERFECT! While there wasn’t direct beach access from the property, you could drive less than 5 minutes to get there. The ocean view from this property was amazing. The host was very attentive and answered all question. We can’t wait to go back!

VIEWS! Incredible views from this brand new 5 bedroom home in Santa Rosa Beach!
The third floor features a large great room with pine ceiling, cozy fireplace and plenty of seating and room for the family to watch the big game on a surround-sound TV. But you'll probably be "distracted" by the views just outside the window on the covered deck that includes a wood-pellet grill.
The second floor features three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The spacious master bedroom offers a separate outside porch perfect to hide away and read a book while catching glimpses of Topsail Park and the gulf. Soak in the large soaking tub overlooking the forest and ocean in the master bathroom which is beautifully appointed with a separate shower and bathtub, separate vanities and seating for a make-up area.
Enter this exquisite home on the first floor where you treated to a cheery entry and access to two bedrooms and two full baths. The bunk room features two queen beds across from two twin beds. Next door is a fun kids/family bedroom and living area complete with games and large flat screen TV. Open the back door to the patio, which offers 4 adirondak chairs surrounding a fire pit looking out at Topsail State Park where you can often see deer prancing through.
Guests have access to the garage which features shelves of beach accessories, chairs and 4 bicycles.
Grab tennis or pickleball rackets and head for the tennis courts just a couple of blocks away. Or take some beach toys to the large amenity center just a few houses down. There you'll enjoy a giant infinity swimming pool, large group-sized hot tub, gym/workout room and lots of loungers to hang out for hours. The pool is heated most vacation weeks! Guests also have access to a second pool in nearby phase 2. Just jump on a bicycle and ride the safe streets and boardwalks throughout the Cypress Dunes community. Or if you want to head from the beach, put on a back-pack chair and ride your bike about 1 mile to the Stallworth beach access, or in Topsail State Park.Book now! What are you waiting for?
