Great place. In a quiet area of BMB which was nice but still close enough to multiple beach spots. Pool was excellent and enjoyed by everyone. House had plenty of room for 3 families. Owner was exceptionally responsive. New appliances and rugs and paint kept it fresh. Would stay here again.

The house is breath taking! Absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations! It easily accommodated our 3 families. The pool is amazing. If our kids could of lived in the pool they would of. The pool is such a nice touch and the perfect size! The house had everything we needed. It felt like home! From pots and pans to beach chairs. The little extras was nice & made it stress-free. The property manager Ted was easy to contact. If we had an issue he got someone there in a timely manner to fix it and if we had a simple question he was right there to answer. My family is so thankful for this opportunity to make such wonderful memories in this beautiful home! This is by far the best rental we have stayed in! I loved everything about this house! The host was so communicative and helpful and easy to work with. The house had everything we needed, we particularly loved the huge pool area and the screened in front porch. Also the bikes were such a nice amenity! There was such beautiful plants and flowers surrounding the whole house, it just made it feel like paradise! 10/10 recommend.

I know it's cliche, but the online pictures don't do this property justice! This vacation rental is stunningly beautiful with landscaping that's right out of Lawn & Garden. We vacationed here with our family (10 adults + 3 kids) and we never felt cramped; there are so many places to chill and hang out. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch with ceiling fans while the Trex deck remained cool on the feet and was splinter-free for the kids. The finished downstairs is like having a house within a house. Aside from the 2 bedrooms and the bath, the sitting area is large enough for a big group. We were pleasantly surprised at how insulated (as in sound) this room was from the upstairs, which was great for those that needed to sleep longer or have nap times. We all love to cook and we fell in love with the gas stove! It's new and makes you feel like a gourmet chef! Aside from the large fridge in the kitchen, the one in the garage was a huge plus. We stored pool and beach drinks in here as well as bulky food items. And there's tons of ice, too! We're beach-junkiies soI didn't think we'd spend much time in the pool or hot tub. Was I wrong! The heated salt water pool was a huge hit with our family as was the hot tub in the evening. We had some cool, overcast days and opted for pool time rather than beach time. We treasured the serenity of the small neighborhood and felt we were miles from civilization when in reality we were a hop and a skip from great restaurants and pristine beaches. Ted was fantastic to work with and if we ever had a question, he'd reply (usually within minutes) with an answer. Whether you're looking for a a romantic getaway or a home for a family reunion, you won't go wrong with this gem!

We very much enjoyed our stay for Spring Break. The house is spacious and lovely with lots of places to relax both inside and out. It was perfect for our group of four adults and four children. The large saltwater pool was definitely the highlight of the house for the little ones. It was nicely heated for this time of year and very clean/tidy. We used the grill everyday and the extra refrigerator space and ice maker in the garage were very handy! We enjoyed all the recommendations of the owner for food, beach and hiking. We would suggest getting a golf cart for the week. It came in very handy with the children and packing everything to the beach each day. They delivered the golf cart so it was there when we arrived and they picked it up the day we left. It was awesome. Lovely home!

We loved Ted’s place and it was well suited for our extended family. My siblings and I always try to get away for a week together and this year we found Ted’s home and it accommodated us well. We love 30A and this is in a nice spot. It’s not overly crowded and you can truly relax here. The kitchen was outfitted well, plenty of dining space, smart TVs in each room, and room for us to spread out when we had a rainy day. The pool is a great size and there’s lots of pool side seating. The extra fridge and ice maker are essential for large groups like ours and were appreciated. The home was clean and there were plenty of bath towels supplied. Everyone in our group agreed we would stay here again.

We just had a fantastic week in this home. We had 5 kids 2-11 and all were always entertained by the amenities inside and out. Short walk, bike, golf cart ride to the East and west ends of the Santa Rosa Area. Ted was amazing and super communicative. Thank you Ted for providing such a beautiful and welcoming home for our family of six plus dog to celebrate Christmas this year. We could not have asked for a better setup, location and amenities. We loved riding our bikes, relaxing in the spa and lounging by the serene pool. We made memories at the kitchen table playing endless and often, hilarious family games. We were able to be safely together during these “unprecedented” times. I don’t think we could have asked for a better experience and are so thankful that we could have this time in your home in Santa Rosa Beach. Thank you for everything, we hope to be back someday!

Not too crowded, great restaurants (Stinkys and Shunk Gulley are favorites), fun shops, best Ice cream at Pecan Jacks. Beaches are beautiful and not too crowded. And we cannot say enough about this house — it was perfect. Very clean, beds slept SO good we want the same at home, the house is so roomy and comfortable, TVs in every room with all the channels and movies you could want plus sports channels too, the pool was one of our favorite areas to hang out, very clean and perfect size large pool, and everything was beautifully decorated. They also have a very well stocked kitchen with great appliances and two extra refrigerators in the garage. We loved this home so much we are booking it again for next year.My husband and I ran together every morning and we stopped at the health food store and had the best juice shots and smoothies. Such a relaxing, beautiful retreat! We loved the easy charm, pool and hot tub! Also, there is no lack of conversation areas. Ted and Jeanne are wonderful hosts, with great info and recommendations. Everything we needed was available!! We will be back!!!!

The pictures of this place did not do it justice, it was much more beautiful in person. The décor was fabulous. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The location to the beach was very convenient and secluded. The house was well equipped with everything you need including umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach toys. Although there are houses right next door the fence and landscape around the pool area make it very private. Also, the fridge and ice maker in the garage was awesome. With all the amenities including TVs in every room and very comfortable beds it made for a very relaxing experience.

Everything was just as the other reviews stated. The beds were so comfortable as well as the rest of the home. We had a great location. The Blue Mabel has great food. We traveled all around Blue Mtn Destin and Panama City for great snorkeling.Everything went without a flaw. We rented the house for a family vacation which meant for our 3 children and their families. We had ages 2 to 62 in the house for the week. We found that the house meet our needs fully. We used the down stairs for the teenagers and their parents. Upstairs was for me and my husband and the other 2 children and the small kids. We loved the pool and the hot tube. We sent allot of time on the front porch and the side deck. We grilled and cooked on the deck several nights throughout the week. The house is very nice and up-to-date on decor. We would definitely rent it again. I was able to contact the owner directly for any problems that came up.

We decided on this home for our 2020 Family vacation because it would accommodate our large family, it did not disappoint. Also being pet friendly was important. Everyone was comfortable, plenty of room to move around. The pool was awesome. With such a large group , cooking at home was very imporant, the kitchen is well equipped to handle that. Our favorite feature is the large screened porch which was a great place to have morning coffee. The beds are comfortable, plenty of baths and plenty of hot water. Very comfortable furnishings. Ted, the owner, gave very good instructions to the use of the home and visiting the area. Although we had a few issues with the booking , we were able to resolve those with Ted.

This was our second vacation at this beautiful tucked away home located one block off Hwy 30-A. This time our family spent the last week of the year and celebrated New Year's Eve here. The weather was perfect enough to have a heated pool and mild enough to enjoy dinner outside on the large deck. We had a great overall stay here. The location is our new favorite, right off of 30A and near the beach. The house has a swimming pool and large deck. The owner is very friendly and provided a ton of helpful information. Would recommend.

We absolutely loved everything about this rental! We have stayed in the Destin area a few times, so it was nice to stay in a familiar yet new area to explore. Santa Rosa Beach is stunning and so is this house, both inside & out! The pool is a nice touch as well as the screened in porch that we enjoyed coffee in every morning. Myself and eleven members of my family stayed comfortably at this home. It was close to the beach, yet far enough away to not feel like your always covered in sand! The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults were always found on the front or back deck. All of the beds slept comfortably and the linens were great. We really felt at home while staying here, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property is gorgeous! The house is set up with 2 bedrooms, (bunk room + k) walk in shower bathroom, wet bar area and garage on ground level, 3brms, Kit, LR, DR, laundry, 2 bathrooms-1 master bath on an upstairs level with a deck and stairs out the back 2 be Dr s, to the pool. Our family had a wonderful time! We used the pool more than we thought and the saltwater pool was so nice. If I were to get a pool I would pick one just like this. We were only about a mile or so from the beach, (parking at the beach was a pain) but otherwise it went very well. The owner was very easy to work with, we had a problem with the big box ice maker in the garage but he is going to get that fixed. I definitely would pick this property again! We are a large family with 4 adult children and spouses and 5 grandchildren ranging in ages from 11 yrs to 15 months. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together and there. I would recommend that you book early because the availability will fill up quickly. Thank you Ted for a great vacation! Your house is beautiful! GOD willing we will be back! Sincerely Joyce Neun

This beautiful vacation home really took our breath away! Seclusion and visually gorgeous landscaping at its finest. From the over-sized salt water pool, surrounded by mature palms and various tropical plants and trees to the tastefully decorated interior. This home was spotless from the inside-out. We typically vacation in Destin every year, not anymore! The traffic was minimal compared to the traffic jams in Destin. Ted was amazing from the beginning, giving us so many options from deep sea fishing to dining. Don't miss out on this vacation rental!!!

Nivel Del Mar exceeded all of our expectations (which were admittedly high given the pictures). The house was spotless upon arrival and we were welcomed with a nice welcoming gift courtesy of our gracious hosts! Checking in was incredibly easy because of well thought out communication via the hosts. For pet owners, this is a great spot to bring your furry best friend regardless of size (our 80 pound lab enjoyed every second of it). For non-pet owners, do not let the pet-friendly stipulation deter you from this property. If not for the pictures of the host's pets, I would not have known one way or another if a dog had been on the property before. There are plenty of restaurants, beaches, hiking trails, golf courses, etc in the area as well as the wonderful private pool on property that you will never run out of things to do. Check out again was a breeze due to thorough and consistent communication. I would not hesitate to refer Nivel Del Mar to anyone and we cannot wait to plan our next vacation here. -Nick & Katelynn

We have stayed at this beautifule home multiple times and it is always a crowd pleaser. We particularly love the pool and the pool area which is several times larger than your typical vacaion rental. The beach is just a few minutes away. We loved the seclusion and being away from all the traffic but close enough to everything. The running path along 30-A is great for runs and bike rides. When you pull up you can tell that the owners take pride in the display of the home. It’s got everything you need to walk right in except for food. The entire house has an excellent speaker system that you can listen to music in every singe room. We ran into a little hiccup with the pool and Ted, the home owner, was super fast with getting it taken care of. The kids enjoyed the house as much as the adults. The dining room table was a great place for everyone to come together for food and board games. The birds at the bird feeder were very entertaining for the dogs. This place really has everything!
