Upon pulling up to the house, you will notice that there is plenty of space to park up to 3 vehicles. Out front, there is the perfect spot to set up a game of cornhole, ring toss, or whatever family game you enjoy most! Bring your own outdoor games and let the memories begin! Upon entering the home, after walking up through the screened-in front porch, you will find the spacious open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The living area features a comfy sofa, conversation chairs and a TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a breakfast bar with seating for 6. The beautiful wood dining table is perfect for gathering and comfortably seats 8. Just off the living area is a powder room and two main floor bedrooms, each with a queen bed and bunks. Each room has its own private bathroom.

Continue out to the upper-level patio, you will come to the inviting backyard. Nestled behind the house amongst the beautiful, mature Magnolia trees you'll find the upper-level patio overlooks the expansive backyard, pool, and grill area. The gas grill is perfect for preparing fresh seafood! Be sure to book a guided charter! Everyone will love taking a dip in the private pool that can be heated. Soak up the sun in one of the loungers by the pool or if you prefer a little shade after being at the beach, relax on the overstuffed outdoor furniture tucked underneath the house. There is also a fire pit in the backyard for you and your family to relax and reminisce about the memories made while at “Sweet Magnolia”!

Back inside on the 2nd floor, you will find the king master suite with a beautiful ensuite bathroom.  Also on this floor is an additional king guest bedroom that features a twin bed and a private bathroom.

2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.
5) Currently there is construction next door to this property with an unknown end date.
