It is year 2 that we have stayed for a “friendcation” at this beautiful house , and we will continue to return year after year as long as it will have us! Loved returning to a house where we knew what to expect and that we knew the house would be cleaned thoroughly before our arrival , where we already knew our favorite places, where our kids had so much fun in the beautiful private pool when we weren’t down at the pristine beach! I initially had concerns amid the Covid Pandemic , but these were quickly squashed with the great social distancing by everyone on the beach! The kitchen is fully stocked which made cooking in very easy for us , for our group of 11, ( and take out was amazing too !) . Thank you for another year of awesome memories amid the year of uncertainty !

We booked a week stay in Santa Rosa Beach in June. We were concerned about our first trip since COVID and our concerns were quickly gone. The house was clean from top to bottom. Beach goers were practicing social distancing and giving everyone plenty of space. The house’s private pool was a perfect start or end to the day and the home is within walking distance to many local restaurants that had plenty of outdoor seating. This week was the closest thing to pre pandemic life that we have experienced since February. We don’t know when life will get back to normal but we do know that Palm Paradise is the only place we will be vacationing until then and after. We are already looking into a fall trip.

Traveling during a pandemic can be risky, but we took a chance on a beach trip and are very glad we did. The house was very clean. Everything in town was open and the grocery stores were stocked. It was a little difficult to find restaurants who were willing to do take out orders, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The kitchen is so well stocked with any cooking tool we could ever need. We just cooked simple meals at the house and ate leisurely dinners on the covered balcony. The beach was a little more crowded than the past times we have been, but there was still plenty of room to spread out and find your own section of the beach and stay away from others. We never once felt nervous about the crowds. Such a great change of pace from the past several weeks stuck at home. Brian is a pleasure to work with and was always a simple phone call away if we had any questions. Thanks for a wonderful place to enjoy a much needed retreat!!!

Everything about our stay at this house/location was amazing ! We stayed with 2 other families ( 5 tween boys) and had a great, relaxing time ! The beach was amazing and a very short walk from the house! The boys especially loved that they could swim all day in their own private pool! An ice cream shop was less than a block away- many trips were made ! So many restaurants either walking distance or only a very short drive away as well ! It was perfect ! We couldn't have been happier ! Thank you for a week of relaxing and enjoying friendship, that we all very much needed !!

This was the best vacation ever for our extended family of seven! The rental house fit our needs perfectly and was in an excellent location. Just a very short walk down to the beach and the beaches were pristine. There was plenty of parking for our 3 cars. The pool was awesome with plenty of lounge chairs around it. The kids loved it. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for the week. The living room and all the bedrooms had nice flat screen TVs. I could go on and on, but overall it was just the BEST. ?
