What a find for family groups! Blissful Breeze is a bright and beautiful 3-story home with 4 bedrooms, decorated with loving care for up to 14 guests! Adults can enjoy a separate master suite on each floor (3 total), and let the kids enjoy the bunk house room on the second floor which sleeps 6 in twin beds all together for all the fun! Want to bring the doggies, too? Up two two dogs are welcome!



Blissful Breeze is located in a quiet neighborhood with amazingly easy access to both the beach and the 12,000 square foot pool! Enjoy a quick walk to the beach (5 minutes), or guests can take the trolley, which has a stop just steps from the front door and runs from March through the end of October. 



The main floor of the home features an open floor plan, with a large, comfortable living area with a 70" Smart TV where everyone can relax together, as well as a dining table for 8 people, and a breakfast bar at the kitchen. The kitchen gets rave reviews from guests, and is well-equipped for the home chef in your group to cook up a storm! A laundry room and access to a gas grill are also located on the main floor.



The main floor also features a master king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a large shower stall, as well as a balcony. This bedroom is a great option for anyone in the group not comfortable with going up and down stairs to the higher floors. 



On the second floor, guests have another master king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, featuring a shower and tub, as well as a balcony. Additionally, the second floor features a separate bunk room which can sleep up to 6, with two twin beds, one bunk bed with two twin bunks, and a trundle bed with two twin beds. 



The top, third floor features yet another large master king bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub, and its own balcony. Additionally, there is a wet bar with a fridge and a separate larger balcony, part of which is uncovered, and has plenty of comfortable seating for enjoying afternoon drinks! The wet bar and fridge on this top floor allows easy access to your favorite beverages and snacks. 



Guests can walk to the beach, making use of beach chairs provided with the house, as well as the sparkling 12,000 square foot resort-style pool which has several areas to enjoy and is family-friendly. RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY:

    •  A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking

    •  Deposits are fully refundable minus a 10% cancelation fee of the total rent if cancelations are made at least 61 days prior to check in. There are no refunds with less than 61 days prior to check in.

*** Additionally, any optional trip insurance purchased through Paradise Beach Rentals website at time of booking or through company agents is NOT refundable after it binds. That additional Trip Insurance premium binds after 14 days and would NOT be refundable 14 days after it has been added to the reservation.

    •  Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date

    •  We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards

    •    The NON-Refundable Pet Fee is $195.00

    •    Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $350.00

    •    Cleaning fee is $399 ($549 for stays that are 3 weeks or longer)
