Pretty, petite perfection! Welcome to Close Enough, an adorable new-construction carriage house in the heart of Seacrest Beach. Sacrifice absolutely nothing in this small-space superstar! With one queen bedroom, a bunk room, and a bathroom, Close Enough can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. 



Professionally-decorated in fabulous 30A breezy, beachy style, the open-concept space provides a roomy living area with a 55” wall-mounted Smart TV and a full-size kitchen, including a large island with seating for 4. The home features extensive attention to detail with clever use of space.  A barn door separates the sleeping area from the living room and kitchen area.  



The bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with under-bed storage, a closet, and a 50” wall-mounted Smart TV. Tucked just outside the bedroom is a set of hand-crafted, painted wood bunks for 2, with shiplap walls, nautical lights and charging ports for each bunk. The stylish bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. 



Entering through a private staircase, 11-foot ceilings throughout create a light and airy atmosphere, and the many windows on this second-floor hideaway overlook the community park just outside and provide a lovely view of the tops of the surrounding palm trees. Close Enough also boasts a state-of-the-art mesh Wi-Fi system, and there is access to a full-size washer and dryer in the garage.



Close Enough is perfectly located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach at the center of all that 30A and South Walton have to offer. Guests may take the tram to the beach or walk there in just 10 minutes! Guests also can walk 5 minutes to the sparkling 12,000 square foot pool which has several areas to enjoy and is family-friendly.

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking


• Deposits are fully refundable minus a 10% cancelation fee of the total rent if cancelations are made at least 61 days prior to check in. There are no refunds with less than 61 days prior to check in. *** Additionally, any optional trip insurance purchased through Paradise Beach Rentals website at time of booking or through company agents is NOT refundable after it binds. That additional Trip Insurance premium binds after 14 days and would NOT be refundable 14 days after it has been added to the reservation.


• Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date


• We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards


• Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-10 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, lost/damaged bikes or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $500 ($1000 during spring break).
