Description
Bright, beachy and beautiful! Closer to Fine is your brand-new home on Seacrest Beach, in the heart of 30A between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. With 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, Closer to Fine comfortably accommodates 10, and seamlessly blends 2 indoor living areas with 3 outdoor living areas. Spread out and enjoy plenty of room and privacy for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation!
Upon entering Closer to Fine, guests are greeted by wide-plank hardwood floors and light and airy 10-foot ceilings. French doors open out to the front porch, making the open-concept living and dining area even more spacious. The living area features casual beach décor and comfortable furnishings, ensuring everyone will feel at home, as well as a state-of-the-art mesh WiFi system to keep everyone connected. The classic farm dining table seats 8, and 4 more can sit at the bar in the kitchen.
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts professional-grade stainless steel appliances, and best of all, offers access to the fabulous screened-in porch. Guests may dine alfresco at the outdoor dining table, or just unwind after a long day of exploring in the comfy seating area and make use of the 55” flat-screen TV, while the kids run on the neighborhood green space, just off the porch.
The first floor of Closer to Fine also features a king bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large shower stall. This bathroom may also be accessed from the hallway. Rounding out the first floor is a large rear entry hall, which doubles as a mud room, as well as a separate laundry room.
Upstairs, guests will enjoy 3 additional bedrooms – two king suites and one bunk room for 4 - and 3 full bathrooms, along with a loft seating area and access to the expansive front porch. The first upstairs king bedroom features a 55” wall-mounted Smart TV and a full-size desk for virtual meetings. This bedroom also boasts a spa-like ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a private water closet, a large walk-in shower with a rain head, and a large walk-in closet with built-ins.
The other king bedroom features a 50” wall-mounted smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a pedestal sink and tub/shower combo. Across the hall is the bunk room, featuring painted wood hand-crafted bunks, shiplap walls, nautical lights and charging ports for each bunk, and ample storage with a closet, built-in shelving, and under-bed storage. The bunk room has access to a hallway bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combo.
But the centerpiece of the second floor at Closer to Fine is the central loft area featuring 4 club chairs, a wall-mounted 55” smart TV, and French doors opening to a spacious front balcony. This is the perfect private spot for morning coffee as well as cocktails before dinner.
Closer to Fine is situated on a community park, which feels like your own large backyard! Guests may take the tram to the beach or walk (10 minutes), and make use of the 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas provided with the house! Guests also can walk 5 minutes to the sparkling 12,000 square foot pool which has several areas to enjoy and is family-friendly.
