The dining room table has room for eight guest and is open to the kitchen with an over sized island and seating for five. There are updated stainless steel appliances and ample counter space! Head out to the pool deck where you will enjoy this beautiful private oasis! There are four lounge chairs to soak up the sun as well, a table for four with an umbrella, and a dining table seating eight! The built in summer kitchen provides the perfect space to grill dinner and dine al fresco! Walk to the private community beach access which is located just 50 feet from the front of the house - Casablanca has the best of both worlds with a private pool and close beach access.

The first floor has one guest bedroom with two queens and a private en suite with a tub/shower combo, this bedroom also has pool side access. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor with a king size bed, private en suite and private deck. The spacious primary en suite has a tiled glass shower with dual shower heads, a large soaking tub, and two sinks. This private balcony points South and has peek a boo gulf views and a lovey gulf breeze. Second master suite on this level has a king size bed, shared en suite and private balcony. The en suite has dual sinks, tiled shower, and soaking tub. The private balcony points East and has views of the pool. The third bedroom on the second floor is a twin over twin bunk room and is across the hall from the shared master en suite. The stacked laundry is also located on the second floor. The third floor hosts another master suite with a king size bed, private en suite and a balcony. The en suite has a single sink and a tiled shower/tub combo. Make a drink at the wet bar in the hall way and step out onto the balcony and enjoy peek a boo gulf views at the table for four! 1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach. Golf Carts are prohibited in this neighborhood due to HOA Rules.
5) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.
6) There is an active camera located on the left side of the front porch patio overlooking the entrance area.  
7) Beach Service is Included - 2 Chairs and 1 Umbrella Seasonally.
