The first front bedroom has a private balcony over looking the Seacrest Beach neighborhood and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom is a Primary Suite with a private balcony facing the wooded back yard and en suite complete with dual vanities, walk in shower and soaking tub.-br /-br /-The third floor has a wet bar and bistro table at the landing - perfect for a night cap and game of cards. The expansive third floor deck is ideal for dining and lounging and taking advantage of the quiet natural wooded area in the back of the house. There is a family suite on this level complete with a king size bed and two sets of twin bunks - perfect for little ones.-/p-
-p-Seacrest Beach is a wonderful community that features the famous 12,000 square foot lagoon pool. The house is just a few minutes walk to the pool and it backs up to the walking nature trails that go throughout the neighborhood. If you would prefer a shorter commute, you can always jump on the free shuttle that will take you to the beach or the lagoon pool. The tram makes it much more convenient when you have coolers, beach bags, etc. Don-t forget to rinse the sand off using the outdoor shower!-/p-
