My family has been visiting 30 A for about 10 years and this was by far our favorite property we have visited. House is gorgeous but the pool and yard are the best we have found in the area. Very close to all the action but still secluded enough to not be in the chaos that 30 A can bring. We will be back for sure. Hosts were so helpful and responsive. You can tell they take a lot of pride in making this a great experience and it’s very much appreciated.

My friends and I spent a long weekend at this beautiful home and had an amazing time. The house is very clean and well stocked. And beautifully decorated as well with very comfy beds and bedding. We had colder and rainy weather during our stay so we really enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. The yard and landscaping is very beautiful and private. Beach is super close but due to the weather we spent majority of the stay at the home, which was fine by us because it was such wonderful. Weekend flew by way to fast...we will come back during the warmer months and stay longer next time. Cant wait to return to Villa Rose. Owners are very responsive and thoughtful as well.

My husband and I fell in love with this home. It is absolutely immaculate and so homey. The pool and hot tub area are so cool. We enjoyed soaking in the heated pool and hot tub and watching football on the outdoor TV. The temps were pretty cool during our stay so we spent very little time at the beach (which was gorgeous and very close but it was just too chilly) so we were so happy the house was so fun to just hang out in and relax. I have told numerous people already about this place. It far exceeded our expectations. The owners Katie and Chris were also amazing and so sweet.

I truly enjoyed my stay and this spectacular home. We have stayed at many AirBNB and VRBO properties and this one is by a long shot my favorite. The house felt new and immaculate and the decor is stunning. The beach is a very short walk and the beach its self is quite large and the sand is perfection. We also enjoyed the back yard, pool and hot tub as well that was so beautifully maintained, lush and private. We have already booked out next visit.

This feel, look and location of this house is special. Very conveniently located to all the hot spots and a very quick walk to the beach. But the real draw about this property is the the outside (but the inside is equally amazing) because of how private and beautiful the pool and lawn area are. Its like your own private oasis. We were thrilled with it. Hope to book again as soon as possible. I have a feeling this place will book up fast once the word gets out.

We decided to book Villa Rose last minute. Chris the host/owner, was very quick to respond and get everything done before our arrival. The house was dreamy, spacious and very comfortable for our group of 9 (6 adults and 3 children). The beautiful bunk bed room was a hit with our kiddos, and the backyard feels like your own resort. Chris was very helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed guidance with anything at the house. Another great feature, is that the house is equipped with a garage full of beach chairs, toys etc.. The beach is a very short walk, which makes this home super conveniently located. We enjoyed every minute at this home and can’t wait to come back!

What a beautiful home!!! We fell in love when we walked in. Pics do not do this place justice. Katie and Chris had set out an unbelievable welcome basket and every detail had been thought of. The walk takes less than 3 minutes to the beautiful beach which was not overly crowded. We also biked into the restaurants at rosemary and alys. We wish trip could have been longer cause it was heaven. Backyard is breathtaking. More greenery, room and landscaping than I have ever seen down there which made the pool area super private. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Rose! Really quick walk to the beach...but I could barely get my kids to leave the pool and hot tub at the house. They loved having our own pool, hot tub and yard. Bedding was super comfortable too and house had everything we needed. We are already looking for dates to book for next summer. Owners were really responsive and friendly as well to questions. They also had lots of stuff that was helpful for our toddler. (pack and play, high chair, sippy cups). That was a huge plus. Great time!

I am not one to leave reviews but I felt this stay warranted it. I had the difficult task of planning our annual girls weekend trip. The house that we had originally booked fell through so I stumbled across Villa Rose and decided to give it a try even though at the time it had almost no reviews. I am so thankful I gave it a shot.....this place is truly amazing. You could tell house is brand new along with everything in it. All of my friends were equally impressed with the house and we all had an absolute ball. The pool and yard are so beautiful that it was kind of hard to leave to go to the beach. But the beach is super close and easy to get to. You cannot beat the beaches of 30A. Water and Sand is magnificent. So happy I stumbled across this gem of a house. Owners were super cool and responsive as well.

Newly Renovated Luxury Beach House-Private Pool, Hot Tub and Superb Beach Access

The home is conveniently 1 mile from a main North/South road (Watersound Parkway) that provides immediate access Highway 98, which allows the ability to travel East towards Panama City Beach or West, towards Destin. We are absolutely thrilled to announce there has also been a huge development built at the intersection of Watersound Parkway and Highway 98 (approximately 2 or 3 miles from the house). The development includes a new Publix which has a pharmacy and liquor store, a charming open air gathering spot used for Farmers Market and other family entertainment and plenty of new casual and high end restaurants.
October-April stays will have a pool charge of $100 per day if heating of the pool is requested. Please inquire with any questions.
