The first floor is the main living area with kitchen, living, dining room and also a bedroom with queen sized bed as well as a shared full bath. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms. One with a king size bed and private bath, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One of these bedrooms is a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin with trundle bed. The other bedroom contains a king-sized bed. The third floor contains a bedroom with 2 full size beds and a shared, hall bathroom. This floor also has a bonus/media room with a full sleeper sofa and a private bath. * As of January 1, 2022, Golf Carts are prohibited in Seacrest Beach. Violators will be fined by the HOA. * 30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival** * No Pets! No Smoking! No Parties! The primary renter must be at least 25 years old with a ratio of one adult over 25 per 3 under 25 during spring break and summer seasons.
