Monterey 402 was a beautiful property and has been well maintained. The views from the deck were amazing. We enjoyed all the artwork within the unit. There were plenty of pots and pans, Tupperware, eating and cooking utensils. It was a happy surprise to find a few board games, puzzles, and 2 beach chairs in the utility room.
The pool was clean and warm. The stairs to the beach were sturdy and even had a bench midway down to stop for a rest. We loved being able to use the garden hose/shower at the top of the stairs to wash the sand from the beach.
The beach was clean and not crowded. There might have been between 10-20 umbrellas/chairs set up in front of the 3 units which really stretches quite a distance.
We would definitely recommend this 30A Gulf Front property to friends and consider it for future rental.

Love the updates, great view, very clean, well stocked kitchen, love all the extra amenities we didn't have to buy and love the 30A Escape tshirts!!!!! Tara& Kinnebrew kept me informed with my arrival and check out.& Was able to contact her anytime of day and she responded immediately.

3) This property has 3 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Fireplace is not available for guest use.
5) The community pool is only heated from October 1st to December 1st.
