"Just Add Water" is a large five-bedroom home located in the heart of Seacrest Beach and just a short walk to the 12,000 Square Foot Community Lagoon pool.  Start your vacation soaking up the Summer sun on the pool deck featuring a private, heated pool, gas grill, and outdoor dining area.

Upon entering, the first floor features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen, ideal for large families, and accommodates up to 16 guests! The cozy living room is the perfect place to entertain or relax after a long day at the beach, furnished with plush interiors for lounging and a large flat-screen TV. The gourmet kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances and a large island that will make meal prep a breeze!  Savor that home-cooked meal at the dining table with seating for six.  Sleep late in the first-floor master suite, furnished with a king-size bed and private en suite. The laundry room is also located on the first floor, as well as a powder room for added convenience.

An additional master suite, located on the second floor, is furnished with a king-size bed and features a luxury en suite with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. There are also two more bedrooms on this level that share a connecting Jack and Jill bathroom, one of the bedrooms has two full-size beds and the other has a full over full bunk bed. An additional twin over twin bunk bed can be found on the 2nd-floor landing. 

As you enter the 3rd floor you will see there is a third master suite with a king-size bed and a private en suite equipped with a tub/shower combination. The 3rd floor also hosts a fun bonus area with a full-size bed, a kitchenette, and a breakfast nook.

1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach. 
5) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.
