Look No Further Pool Deck House, 30A-Beaches-South Walton, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Weve been coming to 30A for the last 10 years or so. We have always rented a different house in various communities along 30A each time. 
This "Pool Deck House" is by far, the nicest home weve stayed in and the most convenient as well. The huge pool is right outside your living room. 
The beach access is private and just a block away. We walked to many different wonderful dining options throughout our stay. You have Seacrest and Rosemary and Alys Beach shops and dining all just a short walk from this house.  The house was very clean, well equipped, and super comfy for the whole gang. I believe we have found our "Go To" now for the family vacations. The Hosts were great and we highly recommend this house to any families looking for a perfect vacation close to beach access points, restaurants, coffee, shopping and oh yea, the lagoon pool is amazing. 

Well be back for sure ! 

We loved the Pool Deck House, well equipped, super clean and the location is just perfect. Super convenient to be sitting right on the lagoon pool deck which is just off your patio. We could run inside to use our own bathroom, make drinks, snacks and return to the pool. 
The beach was close 100 yards or so but we could also jump on the free beach tram too. The beach was not crowded like some beaches were. 
This is a private beach for Seacrest guests only, so no public useage or access.  We walked to Alys beach for breakfast nearly every morning. Fonville Press has wonderful options for coffees and breakfast or lunch. Great dinner spots are a short walk away too. We had our small dog with us, so we could actually take him to sit outside of many restaurants in Rosemary and Seacrest. Our favorite was Lolas Italian in Seacrest. 
Cant wait to return  here. Owners were great to work with and gave us some awesome suggestions. 

Second time here to the Pool Deck House. Perfect Location and so convenient being right on the pool deck. The house is also really close to the beach and private beach access, beach was not crowded at all, we walked to dinner every night. Gallions in Rosemary one of our favorite spots for nicer cuisine and good drink selections. Kiddos loved walking to breakfast every morning in Alys Beach. Fonville Press is great for breakfast and lunchs. 
The Poolside tiki bar had decent food too, and cold beers. Highly recommend this home and the owners are wonderful to work with.

Short walk to the incredible beach, the Resort Lagoon Pool is literally in your back yard, most of the kiddos hung at the pool, they serve food and drinks there too, beach was not crowded at all, which was wonderful, house was super clean, well kept, well furnished, everything was perfect and we will definately return. 

our second time staying here in the Pool Deck House. Super Clean as always, ideal location as this home sits right on that Lagoon Pool Deck so its very convenient for runinng in and out to grab a drink or snack or use your own bathroom. We walk to dinner every night, beach was not crowded at all and it has a private beach access too so your not dealing with the public on the beach. 
Kids had plenty to do at night too, candy and ice cream stores, pizza places, live music too every night in Seacrest Village.

We usually stay in Watercolor or Seaside end of 30A. The walk to beach was way too long in Watercolor. We heard how great this area of 30A was, Seacrest/Rosemary end so we decided to try the Pool Deck House.  We were pleasantly delighted how nice this house is. Super CLean on arrival, and the location really is perfect. We have 4 kids and they loved running out back to the huge pool area. This house is right on the pool literally right out your back door. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were great, my wife is a neat freak so she does the white glove on every house we rent. This one passed with flying colors. We walked to some great dining spots all around ( too many to list) 
We have now been converted and prob never go back to the other end of 30A. We loved this house and the owners were super great to work with. 
Well be back for sure!!  

Enjoyed this pool deck house. Very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfy too, House sits right on the huge lagoon pool of Seacrest Resort, so we opened our back doors and the pool is right there. Wife loved being able to run inside to make her favorite drink and snack. 
In the evenings we walked into Rosemary or Seacrest town square for dinner and Happy Hour. Beach was beautiful, not crowded and we also used the bikes to bike up to the big chill/Hub which is about 1 mile to the west. Bike trails run for miles and miles and we highly recommend taking a day bike ride to Seaside too. Owners were easy to deal with and super helpful. Cant wait to return here to the Pool Deck House. 
 

Hated to leave this adorable beach house. We always come to the east side of 30A, Rosemary, Seacrest area which we love as all the great restaurants are down this end and great pubs and shopping too. Beach was not crowded, the backyard lagoon pool is just stunning. So nice to walk outside and the pool is right there. We could walk a few steps to go back inside and use our own bathroom, make a drink, snack and go back to the pool. 
The beach was a 3 min walk, We walked to some wonderful dining, Lolas, Cowgirl Kitchen, Paradis, Gallions ( Our Fave) are all a short walk from the house. Great job Burkes on the furnishings and appointments inside. Its gorgeous. We found our spot and will return next fall if not sooner.

We absolutely loved this beach house and its location too. The big lagoon Pool is in your back yard. Kiddos ended up there pretty much every day. 
House was a short walk to the beach, Rosemary Beach was where we ate almost every nite and we walked there, short 5 min walk.
Beach was not crowded and we were able to get great chairs right in front of the water. 
House was super clean, very comfy and we will definately rent this house again!!

We have always vacationed in Rosemary, but the prices just got too high. We chose this home because it sits right next door to Rosemary Beach. The location is ideal, one block away to everything. The beach is right there, the huge massive lagoon pool is right behind this house. Literally the pool is 10 steps out the back door. Super convenient. House was very clean on arrival, well decorated, master suite is very impressive too. 
Kids are already talking about returning here. The Burkes were great to work with and quick to answer all of our questions when we needed them. 
Some great dining options too, all within a short walk or bike ride. 

Owners were great to work with, House was super clean, and right there by the big resort pool and close to the beach too. 
Our Golden doodle loved staying here too, lots of trails to walk around Seacrest & Alys Beach. walked or biked everywhere, comfy beds, super nice kitchen with everything we needed, even a lobster pot, but we did a crab and shrimp boil instead.

Had the luxury of staying here in July, loved it. Location is right on the pool, so kiddos couldnt of been happier. Adults loved walking inside to make drinks and what not, while kids played. Beach in the norning, pool all afternoon. Walked to Rosemary for dinner each night. 
loved Paradis, also cowgirl kitchen, summer kitchen were super good. We stay in Seacrest every year, and this is the nicest house by far. 

Cant wait to return in 23 !!

Just left this amazing, super cute house that actually sits right on the pool. Kids loved running back and forth to the pool and back to the house for drinks snacks.
This home has everything you would want in a vacation home. Kitchen was well equipped, great bedding, great tvs, great wifi ( important for us) 
The beach is literally i think 100 yards, all the great dining is walking distance. Bikes were a nice bonus too, older kids biked to Seaside one afternoon, big brother caught a fish off the beach. Will return for sure. Tried to give this a 10 Star, but 5 was the highest we could rate i guess. 

Master Suite was incredible, the magnificent pool we heard so much about, was right out your back door.. Literally, we opened our back door to the fountains and waterfalls. It was so convenient to run back inside to make a drink or use the restroom. At night, we walked into Rosemary Beach and ate at Pearl, Cowgirl, Edwards, and Paradis which was a 5 Star treat. Just a few steps to the beach, everything was perfect, and these fine folks allowed us to bring our small dog. 

We will be back for sure.

Wow!! Can’t say enough about all of the Burke’s propylene have stayed at!! We recently just left their house in Seacrest which is now my new favorite!! We have stayed in Miramar and Panama at their other properties and they are great too!! If you are looking into staying anywhere along that area you should definitely look at all of their properties!! They have properties to meet everyone’s needs!! Thank you for another amazing week in your gorgeous home!! Can’t wait until next year!!

Probably our 9th time coming to Seacrest Beach. Best House ever, owners just remodeled and did a fabulous job. Kitchen is super nice, dining for 10, great layout, did i mention you open your back door and the huge lagoon pool is right there. Very Clean home, we were able to bring our small dog too which was ideal for the kids. 
We could walk to dinner in Rosemary at night. Loved Pescado rooftop bar, loved the Pearl Hotel too for the Happy Hour. 
Someone said we just missed seeing Dirks Bently, just our luck.......... Restaurant Paradis had a fabulous steak and great ambiance. 
We gave it 5 Stars, beacuse we werent able to click on 10 stars..  We will return for sure..... 

What a great place as we begin to pack up to leave tomm. I wanted to write this. The kids absolutely loved the pool. Walked most places(town, live music, shops, food etc.) Beautiful place the Burkes didn't miss anything. Highly recommend. Thank you

So excited that we have founbd this home. Our family and friends have been coming to 30A for years and this home is by far the nicest one in the best loca that we have ever stayed.  The kids go nuts over the lagoon pool which is right in your back yard. We love not having to drive at night to go to dinner. We walk or bike everywhere. Your very close to Rosemary and Alys. The Beach is a short walk too. We biked ever day, the weather was superb, the house was super clean on arrival, beds were delightful,  we cant wait to return here again soon !!  

Weve stayed in a lot of homes in Seacrest Beach but this has been the nicest to date. We loved the new decor, the kitchen was gorgeous, had everything in it we needed for cooking in when we did cook in. Super clean home, probably the best location too since its on the pool. You can walk to the beach, walk to Rosemary too. 
lots of bikes came with the house, which we utilized almost every day. Cant wait to return. Owners easy to work with. 

This house was perfect for us! 6 adults and a 2 year old. Because of covid, we cooked in most nights. Kitchen had everything you would need for meals. Pool was great! Just like pictures. Beds were comfortable, sheets were good, and plenty of towels. Great to have washer/dryer with a two year old. Hope to get back there someday! All in all, we had a great family vacation.!!

The house was perfect for my family. Our first time to stay in Seacrest Beach and we all loved it. Beautifully decorated and the kids loved the bikes. Highly recommended for families.

We had a wonderful stay at the pool deck house. The house has been newly renovated with lots of beautiful touches. The location is perfect- close to the entrance of the neighborhood and right next to the pool deck with a private gated entrance. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the outdoors grill came in handy. There were plenty of towels and linens. The layout was great for 2 families. The Burke's were available to us anytime we had questions. I would recommend this home to others.

We've been vacationing in this area for the last 7 years and I will never rent a another home . This home is like having your own private resort . * Grill out or sit and enjoy a morning coffee or cocktail in a beautiful space with privacy or open your gate and access an absolutely beautiful waterfall/fountain lagoon pool! * The location is a mere 3 minute walk to the beautiful white powdery sand… Best of both worlds! (beach & pool) or walk to enjoy the live music on the green each night! * This home was completely remodeled and elegantly redecorated the way you would want your dream home. * The bikes included with the house saved us money and came in handy~ (We were really so close to everything we did not need them unless we were going for a true ride.) * The outside balconies and every bedroom were so plush and delightful. ??The master bedroom sitting area with its own TV and balcony provided an extra lovely getaway!! * This home is truly located in the heart of anything and everything you would want to do on vacation. I had wondered if it would be loud because of the lagoon pool but it was so incredibly quiet and enjoyable :-) * Enjoy all the comforts of home including anything you would want or need in the kitchen! We cooked and grilled out and also enjoyed walking (or driving five minutes )to great Mexican, Italian, seafood, breakfast and dinner restaurants! No detail was missed with this home and at a very fair and affordable cost. ?? LOVED LOVED this home?? The Burkes are the most gracious and genuine people also. We were truly treated as their guests and not simply their tenants ! They were accessible at all times whenever we had a question. As you can tell, it was our BEST vacation in this well kept secret paradise in Florida! On a scale from 1 to 10, definitely a 15! ??

We found this house on line and fell in love right away ! Pics do not do it justice. We arrived and the kids ran out back to check out this massive lagoon pool we read about. Wow !!  All we can say!!   We hung out at the beach in the morning then would chill out by this wonderful pool all afternoon. Kiddos were in heaven. 
We hit some great restaurants at night. Adults only night we did rooftop at the Pearl hotel for drinks then Presaco italian in Rosemary. All within walking distance and all very scrumptous. Kids loved cowgirl kitchen and the sugar shack for ice cream afterwards. Shades Sports bar was fun to watch the braves game. 
We walked or biked everywhere. House was well equipped, very clean. Beach was not crowded, despite what we read that it might be. One day we rented a pontoon boat down in Panama and saw lots of dolphins. Highly recommend doing that !  Owners were easy to deal with. We will be back for sure. 
 

Our family spent a month looking for the perfect house for our Fall trip. This house met and exceeded all of our expectations. We knew we were going to be close to the big lagoon pool but had no idea we were literally right on the pool deck. The kids were so excited to be able to run in and out of the pool area every day. The beach was just a short walk. We feasted on some great meals at Cowgirl Kitchen, Paradis, and Georges were our favorites along 30A. We highly recommend this house to anyone loking for a nice beach vacation in a perfect setting of tropical paradise around the pool area. We will be back for certain. Owners were easy to deal with and addressed every question we had. 
If we could of given a 10 Star Rating we would of for sure. 

We really enjoyed the Burkes Pool Deck House! When we arrived it was very clean, fresh and the kitchen was well funished. Bedding was great, fresh and you can tell the cleaning crew is top notch here. 
we biked, we fished, we rented a boat, we ate lots of great seafood. Walking everywhere is key for our crew and we did just that. We walked to dinner every night at some of the areas great restaurants.
Edwards was our fave. We will be back for sure. Owners were great to work with. 

WOW, Loved the house, loved being right on the pool deck too. Kiddos could walk to the beach and opening the back door to the lagoon pool is well, "Priceless" !! Great restaurants in Rosemary just a short walk from the house. We already booked again for our fall break trip. 

Was lucky to stay here in this house in July. Our family loved being right on the pool deck. Location couldnt of been better. House was very clean and well cared for. Weve rented a lot of houses in Seacrest over the years and this was the best by far. We walked to Dinner just about every night. Easy walk to Rosemary Square, and all the restaurants and shops. Kids loved the sugar shack candy and ice cream store. Bkes were a nice touch as we biked to Seaside one day and had lunch there. Loved the beach, not very crowded as some are along 30a. We have been coming to 30a for years. So glad we found this house, which sits right on the big Seacrest Beach Pool deck. Literally, you walk out your back door and your on the pool deck. Walk out your front door and your just a short walk to the beach. Not only was the location ideal, the house was very nicely appointed & furnished and very very clean. The master suite was huge overlooking the pool deck. There are two master suites in this house and two other rooms perfect for the kiddos. We have already booked our stay for next year. Cant Wait !!!!  

WOW, we stayed here over Christmas and what a awesome house. Location is ideal. It sits right on the pool deck so we could literally walk out our back on we were in the pool area. This is by far the nicest house we have rented in Seacrest. We walked to the beach since it was just a short stroll but you can also take the free beach tram too that looked like it picked you up at your door. so convenient. We walked everywhere in Seacrest and Rosemary from this house. Very clean and well furnished. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun beach house in a great spot. Scotty C

We have stayed at many houses in Seacrest & Rosemary over the last few years but this house was the nicest and cleanest and also had the best location. Close to the beach, but best of all, the pool was in the back yard. You can tell the owners take great pride in this house. It was well cared for, super clean ( and we are clean freeks), and just the best location since we didnt have to walk far to get everywhere we wanted to go. We just booked our next trip back here, cant wait.

Loved it 5 STARS !!!! Great loca, really really clean and well cared for. all the amenities of home, but a much better view. Loved the fact that you can walk to the beach, but the kids ended up going to the pool the most. Magnificent !! We will be back! Burkes were great to work with too

WOW - What a great week at this wonderful clean house . So close to the lagoon pool House had everything you need to enjoy family vacation time. The owners were great to communicate with. We will certainly return and rent from the Burke family again This is a TOP SHELF place to visit.

Nice house, clean, great beds, we love Seacrest, beach was not crowded like everyone said it would be. The big pool is amazing and had a tiki bar too for adult and kiddo beverages and snacks. We biked to the Hub for lunch, saw Luke Bryan, Highlight of the trip lol, cant waait to return
