"Decanted Dream" is a large four-bedroom, four-bathroom home located in the heart of Seacrest Beach and just a short walk to the 12,000 Square Foot Community Lagoon pool. This property was newly renovated in 2023 with up dates to bathrooms, new appliances, painting throughout, new furniture and more! 

The second floor is the main living space of this home, with an open concept living and dining area which leads out to the balcony with seating for four. The dining table comfortably seats eight, with four extra seats at the kitchen bar. The living room has a flat-screen TV, love-seat and sitting chair to provide plenty of space to relax. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and is located on this level with a spacious ensuite; which includes a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double vanities. The twin over twin bunk bed is located in the master bedroom as well, off to the side, with its own door for privacy. There is a private balcony located off the master bedroom.

The first floor has two guest bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and porch access. The king-size bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom and private porch access. The second bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed with a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom has a shower and tub combo with a single vanity. 

The third-floor bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combo and single vanity. There is a spacious common space on the third floor with an oversized couch that includes a sofa bed. To complete the third floor there is a wet bar and balcony with views of Seacrest Beach.
