This Seacrest Beach home is truly perfect for a beach getaway.  Located in a beautiful community with shopping, dining, and a 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool, "Endless Summer Escape " is just a short walk to everything that Seacrest Beach has to offer. Feel like exploring?  Rosemary and Alys Beaches are less than a ten-minute walk away.

Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with a spacious open floor plan decorated in sandy beach-chic tones. The first floor contains an open living space, a spacious kitchen, and a guest bedroom. The living room has a cozy sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV.  Just off the living area are the kitchen and dining area, offering seating for eight at the dining table and has a breakfast bar that seats two, complete with a wet bar with a wine fridge. The kitchen fit with brand new countertops, stainless appliances, and ample counter space for meal prep. Down the hall, you'll find a king guest bedroom furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, and providing private access to a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity.  

Going upstairs to the second floor, you will find three additional bedrooms. The master suite, furnished with a king-size bed, large flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. The master ensuite features a large walk-in shower, a jacuzzi soaking tub, and separate vanities. Just down the hall are two additional guest bedrooms, one furnished with a queen-size bed and the other furnished with a twin over full bunk bed, both providing private access to a Jack and Jill bathroom fit with tub/shower combination.

1) Travel insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased upon booking, added to your reservation by the final payment date, or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach. 
5) Pet Fee $250 + tax (2 pets MAX)
