-p-Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with a spacious open floor plan decorated in sandy beach-chic tones. The first floor contains an open living space, a spacious kitchen, and a guest bedroom. The living room has a cozy sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV.- Just off the living area are the kitchen and dining area, offering seating for eight at the dining table and has a breakfast bar that seats two, complete with a wet bar with a wine fridge. The kitchen fit with brand new countertops, stainless appliances, and ample counter space for meal prep. Down the hall, you-ll find a king guest bedroom with private access to a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity. -/p-
-p-Going upstairs to the second floor, you will find three additional bedrooms. The Primary Suite, furnished with a king-size bed, large flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. The Primary En-Suite features a large walk-in shower, a jacuzzi soaking tub, and separate vanities. Just down the hall are two additional guest bedrooms, one furnished with a queen-size bed and the other furnished with a twin over full bunk bed, both providing private access to a Jack and Jill bathroom fit with tub/shower combination.-/p-
