Located in the quaint coastal community, Sandy Shores in Seacrest Beach; situated in a prime location, with easy access to Rosemary and Alys Beaches.This six-bedroom, five-bathroom beach view beach home can accommodate up to 17 guests with ease, including three master suites with private access to separate balconies. Offering an effortless 1-minute walk to the beach and a private, heated pool.

Kick-off the party on the pool deck! You'll soak up the Summer sun poolside, equipped with loungers, and a grilling area or take a quick walk over to the community private beach access.

Enjoy spacious first floor main living area decorated in beach-chic furnishings and polished finishes, it's easy to feel right at home. Whip up a gourmet meal in the kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, then savor that meal with the people you love at the dining table with seating for eight, additional seating for six can be found at the over-sized island. After dinner curl up on the living room sofa with your favorite people and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.  A guest bedroom can also be found on the first floor, furnished with a queen-size bed and offering private access to the shared bathroom, equipped with a tub/shower combination. 

Get the rest and relaxation you deserve in the first master suite, located on the second floor, furnished with a king-size bed and featuring an ensuite with a walk-in shower; or sip your favorite cocktail on the private balcony as the sun sets over the Gulf.  The kids are sure to have sweet dreams in the second-floor bunk room, furnished with a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle, and a flat-screen TV. The third guest room on the second-floor is furnished with a king-size bed, both sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom with an additional tub/shower combination. 

Sleep-in late, in one of the two third floor master suites, both furnished with king-size beds and providing private access to the third floor shared balcony. You'll wash all your worries away in the master ensuites, one featuring a walk-in shower and the other equipped with a jetted bathtub and glass-enclosed shower.

2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX only.
3) This property has 6 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
6) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.  
7) Beach Chair Set Up (6 Chairs and 3 Umbrellas) Seasonally for the following date range..3/6 - 10/31.
