30A Beach House w/ Private Pool/Golf Cart, 30A-Beaches-South Walton, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We have the best vacation to Jake’s home! The house was beautifully furnished, very clean, stocked with everything you needed, comfortable beds, an amazing heated, pool, and a six seater golf cart. That is an absolute must have for this area. The golf cart made it super simple for us to get all of our beach stuff to the beach without sacrificing leaving people behind or making multiple trips. I can’t say enough great things about Jake and his customer service and also the house. Jake was super responsive and every question that I had. We will definitely be coming back soon!

This was one of the best places and locations we have ever stayed at Seaside. I can not say enough nice things about Jake and his property/amenities. We ended up planning a last minute trip to the beach with another family and got very lucky in finding Jake’s place. His house was amazing!!! It was beautifully decorated, clean, new, and pretty much had everything we needed other than groceries and our clothes! The three bedrooms were more than enough room for our group of 8, with 4 adults, 4 kids (one was an 18 mos old and he even provided a pack n play). The pool was so nice to have to ourselves, and the kids loved the waterfall. The back deck was screened in and shaded, nice to keep some of the kids away from the pool if needed. The beach access was so close to the house, definitely within short walking distance, but having his amazing golf cart was a game changer with the kids and beach supplies. It was so nice to use the golf cart within the Seaside community as well! Jake was a great host, very accommodating and always communicating fast with any questions asked. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back again! We already miss it!

We had the most amazing time at this tucked back directly off 30A directly across from the beach gem. I can’t say that I’ve enjoyed any of our annual family vacations as much as I enjoyed this year. The host was amazing from the very beginning and gave us great guidance and advice on close by eats and even answered crazy questions at midnight about heating up the pool. The pool was a great added amenity the kids loved it every evening after the beach. The Golf cart was so helpful getting around 30A, to & from the beach, or just going site seeing exploring all the beauty of our favorite place on earth Luxe 30A. Beautiful home, pool, golf cart, comfy beds, best beach floats on 30A, with many more great amenities and an awesome host. Montigo did not disappoint! We can’t wait till next time.

This house is even better in person. Was perfect for our family as it was so close to the beach and having access to a golf cart was top notch. The owner Jake was great to work with and went above and beyond. We will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone!

Y’all this house is BEYOND amazing! It is better than the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location is FABULOUS! Walking distance to the beach but the golf cart made it even better. Our kiddos LOOOOOVED the private pool with the waterfall. Jake literally thought of every little thing that went into this house. This was our first annual Brown/Stiglets family vacation and we will certainly come back every year! I could go on and on about how fabulous the house, location, food, and everything in between was ?? if y’all are questioning where to stay, THIS IS THE ONE! Jake was a fabulous host and answered every annoying question I had ???? our love for 30A and Montigo Ave is over flowing! ??

We are locals undergoing mold remediation in our glide. This was the 4th consecutive short term rental on 30 A we have stayed in over the past two months. I can say without a doubt this was by far the best experience! Unlike most places, this one is stocked with everything you need and more for a fantastic stay! The private pool makes for an amazing amenity and relaxing way to spend down time! I can’t say enough good things about Jake and his communication.

We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay! Gorgeous house and property, top notch amenities, and a short walk to the beach. Jake is an awesome host being very prompt to respond and gives amazing local recommendations. Im picky and not the easiest to please, but have no gripes and look forward to booking another stay!

This place is fabulous! While the adult kids took the golf cart to the beach, I enjoyed lounging in the pool with a waterfall. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. I will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay at this Seagrove beach house! It was everything we needed for our family. Super clean and spacious. Beautiful private pool and only a short walk to the beach. the host was very accommodating and responded very quickly. Will be staying here again!

Me and my family stayed at this beautiful home in the beginning of June. This how was perfectly located between sea grove and Rosemary Beach! Walking distance to the beach, and this really cool fresh juice cafe! We will definitely stay again!
