This recently renovated ground floor 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath sleeps 8 with 2 Kings and 2 Queens. Beachwood Villas are conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. In the Beachwood Villa community, this Villa is located in building 10 on the ground floor. The unit has a tiled patio with chairs and table. Relax on the sofa and Loveseat in living room with flat screen TV. The Beachwood Villas complex has two community pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, and a children play area, and is just across the street to the beach walkover.
First Floor:
All One Level: Living Room, Dining, Kitchen, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, King Bedroom, Bedroom with Two Queen Beds and Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Powder Room, Laundry.
Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March to mid-April.
