Experience the luxury of lake side living in this stunning Seagrove Beach Vacation Rental that comfortably sleeps 20 guests in 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Lounge pool side by the private pool and spa with views of the lake as the perfect backdrop! The rooftop deck is the perfect spot to catch a sunset on the large sectional sofa with lovely views of Eastern Lake on one side and the beautiful Emerald Coast on the other! Enjoy s'mores in the fire pit or catch a fish off the private dock! The main living space is located on the second floor and has ample room for the whole family to gather! There is a warm and inviting living room with a separate sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, double ovens and a center island with seating. The dining room table has seating for eight guests with four bar stools for extra seating. Step out to the Lake side balcony from the living room and enjoy views of Eastern Lake at the high top table and grill up dinner on the propane grill. Entry to the house is up a flight of stairs to the second floor which also has a large wrap around porch with seating. There is also a powder room on the second floor for convenience as well as a walk in mud room with a washer/dryer, utility sink, and full size refrigerator.
The gorgeous primary suite is located on the third floor and features a king bed, desk, walk in closet and private balcony with Gulf Views. The primary en suite has his and her vanities, walk in shower with Lake Views and a soaking tub. Two additional king guest bedrooms are also on the third floor and are connected by a shared bathroom. The shared guest bathroom has two sinks and a shower/tub combo. Both bedrooms have private balconies that face the Eastern Lake. Escape to the four floor of the home where you will find expansive balcony spaces that wrap around the entire house! There is a large sectional sofa and a high top table to enjoy the Gulf breeze and sunsets over the Emerald Coast! The bedroom on this level is at the top of the landing and has a twin over full bunk bed with a powder room.
The ground level living spaces include two guest bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette and access to the pool and dock! There is a king guest suite with a private en suite that includes a sink and walk in shower. The kitchenette is in the king guest suite with a microwave, sink, and mini fridge. The second bedroom is a fun custom built bunk room with four queens and one twin daybed. The bathroom next to the bunk room has two sinks and a shower/tub combo. Step out to the spacious pool deck to enjoy the private pool and spa! There are lounge chairs as well as a propane fire pit with seating. Walk down to the private dock on Eastern Lake and catch a tan or catch a fish!

2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX only.
3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes..
4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
6) Pool/Spa heat is available upon request for an additional fee + taxes. Pool and Spa are heated together. Pools/Spas can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th.
7) Fireplace is not for guest use.
8) Garages are not for guest use.
9) Currently there is ongoing construction next door with an unknown end date at this time.
