We had a wonderful stay at Emma's dream, the home is lovely and has everything you need plus some. The community is beautiful and so relaxing, minutes from a beautiful beach. Hope to return soon!

We recently returned from a wonderful vacation at Emma’s Dream. Jennifer easily saved our vacation! We had to switch rentals (different non-affiliated rental) and thankfully came across Emma’s Dream. The house had lots of room and was fully equipped with everything we needed. You can tell that the house is well taken care of and Jennifer truly cares about her guests. The house is located in an adorable neighborhood with 2 pools and an easy walk to the beach. I highly recommend booking a stay here!

We spent a week at Emma’s Dream and it was perfect. The house is adorable with ample room for our 6 adult and 2 kid group. Jennifer was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed for a great vacation. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay on 30A.

Just returned from an idyllic week at Emma’s dream. We stayed with my brother and sister in law and our 5 children ranging in ages 2-18. There was ample space for all of us and plenty of quiet spaces for time away from the group. I love Jennifer’s decorative touch! Everting was beautiful. We definitely recommend renting or bringing your own bikes. We loved hopping on the trail for a little exercise or to pop up to Buddy’s for fresh seafood. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Easy access to pools. The only downside (and we absolutely knew this going in- we wanted more space rather than being right on the beach) is the walk to and from the beach with small children and so much gear. Once our kids are all older, I know it will be so much easier to get to and from. We brought our own wagon and used the beach wagon provided, which was a huge help. Just be prepared for a bit of a safe stroll. Jennifer was so communicative and helpful through the entire process, especially in light of the pandemic. The house was impeccably cleaned and we felt more then safe. We will certainly be back!

Had a wonderful stay at Emma’s Retreat! Jennifer was great to work with especially navigating all the COVID-19 guidelines. The home was charming and cozy with a very short walk to the beach. We received a surprise sweet delivery from The Donut Hut the day after we arrived! What a nice touch of hospitality. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

We just returned from a wonderful week at Emma’s Dream! The house was perfect and the hosts were great to work with. The walk to the beautiful beach was great! Love the Summers Edge neighborhood.

Our family recently returned from a wonderful week at Emma’s Dream. The home is spacious and beautiful and worked well for the adults and two small children. We enjoyed the open kitchen and living area which has plenty of seating. The screened porch was one of our favorite spots, especially in the early morning and evening. The neighborhood is quiet, and the walk to the pools and the beach is an easy one. We loved every minute of our time there and plan to return again soon.

Emma's Dream was wonderful for our family vacation. The house had everything you would ever need. My grandchildren loved the porch where they could play outside but be safe. The upstairs porch was so relaxing. The location was fantastic. Short walk to the pool and beach. PCB airport only 30 minutes away, easy to pick up my son - it was great. Some great restaurants and coffee shops close by. Lovely surprise our first morning when Jennifer had delicious donuts and coffee delivered to the house!!! Jennifer was fantastic to work with. I felt like I was dealing with a family member. I highly recommend Emma's Dream :)

Emma’s Dream was the perfect place for a family vacation. The house was comfortable, well equipped, sparkling clean, and very tastefully decorated. The newly renovated master bath and kitchen were especially beautiful. The porches were favorites of the whole family. I must say my favorite was the 2nd floor porch. It was cool and private with a fun porch swing. There were lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. We enjoyed biking on the miles of bike trails. We all enjoyed the beach which was only a short walk from the house. The guys played golf at a nearby course and we drove into Destin for some shopping. There were lots of great restaurants to choose from. We especially liked the food trucks in Seaside. Some of us even rode bikes there. Jennifer was a joy to work with. Her responses were prompt and she went out of her way to make our trip enjoyable and easy. She even surprised us with a delivery of the most delicious doughnuts ever from the Doughnut Hut. It was a special trip for our family; the first vacation together in many years. We made some great memories and can’t wait to go back.

gracious hosts, amazingly comfortable beds, a huge master suite on first floor, home was just remodeled and looks and feels luxurious and yet welcoming and fun. situated on a quiet street with porches galore for reading, relaxing and enjoying the weather. Jennifer does vacation rentals with grace and joy.

Loved our fall break stay at Emma’s Dream. Jennifer is fabulous to work with - prompt responses and high touch. The house was super clean with a wonderful layout. The kitchen is well equipped with all that you need. We especially liked the upstairs deck.

Wow! What an amazing destination for a girls trip to the beach! Emma's Dream was so comfortable for our group of 6 women to get away for a few days. Great location - the house is south of 30A and truly a 5 minute walk to the beach as promised. We loved the house. The kitchen opens up to the living space and creates a perfect space to enjoy each other's company. Coffee on the screened in porch each morning (made even better by a donut delivery our first morning there!), wine and cheese in the living room at night, so comfortable and fun. We walked to dinner, rode bikes, swam in the beautiful pool and enjoyed LOTS of time on the beach. The sleeping accommodations were great and the house was very clean. We didn't have our kids with us, but each of thought it would be a great family house as well with the bunk bed room and master on main. Overall, a wonderful stay in an amazing house with all the amenities we could want for a quiet, serene trip to 30A with owners who were gracious hosts. We can't wait to go back.

Our stay at Emma's Dream was perfect! The house is beautiful with a great location and everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The short walk to the beach was nice and we enjoyed using the beach cart that was at the house. My family made lots of memories riding bikes and exploring 30A. We are already searching our calendars for when we can return to Emma's Dream!!

Come see this beautiful home . This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is spacious and gives you options to dine indoors or outdoors. With a great kitchen, and full luandry room, it's your home away from home. This community is quiet and features two terrific pools within a 3 to 4 minute walk. Enjoy the breeze upstairs from a porch swing as well. Your beach experience awaits!

Emma’s Dream truly is a dream location for your trip to 30A. The home is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you could want. The pools are well maintained and family friendly, but the beach is the star of the show! A short,shaded walk brings you to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The soft, white sand and crystal clear waters are breathtaking. You’ll never want to leave. My family and I can’t wait to return to this perfect spot in Seagrove!

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Emma’s Dream for a week. Everything was perfect. Check in was a breeze, the house was immaculate and we could not have asked for a better location. The owners had thought of every detail to ensure our stay was amazing. We used many of the tips they provided us with such as bike rentals, restaurants and activities. The private location was a short walk to the beach and the perfect location for our kids. This was our first trip to this area but not our last! We can’t wait to go back and enjoy this beautiful beach home again!

Our stay at Emma's Dream was wonderful.  The home is airy, happy and beachy from the moment you step on the front porch!   We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy this home is, and that is a credit to its thoughtful appointments and creative layout!

Your entire family will enjoy their stay at Emma's Dream  The beaches are wonderful and the atmosphere of the neighborhood is friendly and relaxed!  Never having stayed at Emma's Dream before, I was a  little concerned as to what the brief walk to the beach would really look like.  Y'all...it is seriously "brief", and there is a pool in between the house and the beach, if you decide you could use a little break from the beach!  Grocery shopping and Seaside are a short drive, and there are bike paths, if you don't want to drive your car.  

I really cannot say enough nice things about Emma's Dream or about the lovely family who owns it.  Jennifer, thank you for making our trip so much fun!  The donuts were a hit!!!!  Yum!!!

Our recent family vacation stay at Emma's Dream was such a treat! The property's proximity to the beach and two pools set the stage for our family of 9 to spend plenty of quality time in both places. The house was clean, attractive and well-furnished with everything that we could possibly need to make our stay pleasant. Even with 2 babies and 7 adults, everyone was able to find space for important "alone time" when it was needed! We found it spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating and sleeping area. The screened in porches were definitely favorites! 
I cannot say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the owners. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to assure that we had everything we needed. We have never experienced such true hospitality from vacation rental owners. That alone is enough to make us rent from them again if/when we return to the Seagrove area. The doughnuts they sent on the first morning were a perfect example. Before, during and after our stay, they were available and truly cared if we enjoyed our trip. This property is the kind that you'd want to revisit and the owners the kind of folks you'd want as friends.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Emma's Dream! The house was beautiful, very clean and located in a great neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked with all necessary cooking utensils. The house also had a large sitting area in the kitchen/den so everyone could comfortably hang out and talk while in the same room. The beach was a very short walk down the street, and the heated pool was perfect for this time of year. We would definitely stay at Emma's Dream again. Thanks for making our vacation so enjoyable!

Emma’s Dream was the perfect getaway! It's a short walk to the pool & beach. The mornings were a little cool, but the heated pool was a great surprise. We cooked several full meals and enjoyed the gas grill. There’s plenty of room for a large family. It was so nice to have a screened porch & rocking chair for my mom. The owners have thought of everything! Our favorite places to eat were Stinky’s and Louis Louis! You must rent a bike & enjoy the nearby scenery and shops. I can’t wait to come back for some more R&R!!

I stayed here with a couple of friends for an autumn girl trip getaway, and I immediately felt at home. Very comfortable, tastefully decorated and nicely stocked with all the needed kitchen essentials. It was roomy, spacious and very clean. We each had our own space to retreat to, but could also easily hang out together in the kitchen and living room area. Would be perfect for families, too!

I have been staying at Emma's Dream since 2015. The location and property are a perfect vacation spot. I love the upstairs porch and the amount of room for everyone to have their own spot. I am a neat and tidy person, so knowing this property is always clean, helps us all relax so much more. Jennifer and Roy are great to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful. You are about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach among the tree lined streets. The pool is about a 2 minute walk, where you will find a restroom. This location provides you a great place to run and walk without being in traffic. You have to check out the sunrise by the Eastern Lake beach access! You are about 3 miles to Seaside. There are numerous restaurants within walking and/or biking distance. We checked out a new restaurant during this last stay...Grayton Seafood Company. It was a nice surprise and very delicious. Great Southern, Cowgirl Kitchen, Hub, Buddy's Seafood Mkt, and Surfing Deer are all time favorites. You won't be disappointed when staying at Emma's Dream.

We loved our stay at this beach house! It was perfect for our multi-family getaway with friends. The second upstairs living area was great for the kids while the adults enjoyed the main floor living room. The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach or the pool, lots of restaurants & shopping nearby, while still in a quiet community. The house was fully stocked, from linens to kitchen appliances and is beautifully decorated. We can't wait to go back!!

We have stayed in several places in the Seagrove area and this is our new favorite. What a cute neighborhood! Everything about it was perfect. The location is great with easy access to dining, shopping, and all the busyness of Seaside, but still feels like a fairly private get away. Easy access to the beach. The pool area was great for our little ones. The house was super clean and just wonderful. We will be back!
