Mystique is a 4 BR+daybed room/4.5 BA home located in the quaint area of Seagrove Beach. Located in the community of Tresca Place, you are only a short walk to the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico! You can utilize the included credit to rent free bikes and explore the winding streets of Seagrove Beach and be at the beach in just a couple of minutes. If you get tired of the sand, you can head over to the community pool which is only 1 house over.
Built in 2016, this professionally decorated home features brand new furniture, top of the line appliances, custom hardwood flooring throughout and flat screen TV's in every room. Enjoy listening to the game or your favorite tunes throughout the house with the SONOS home sound system. There is also an elevator so you can easily access all levels of the home (additional security deposit may be required for use).
On the first floor of the home, you will enter through a custom wooden door into the foyer area. There is a Bunk Room with 2 twin beds and a shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The foyer area also has access to the home's elevator.
The second floor houses 2 guest bedrooms, a daybed room and a shared hallway bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom also has a Queen bed & flat screen TV with access to a shared hallway bathroom. The shared hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The daybed room is the perfect spot for a crib, sleeping for an additional guest, or it can be used as a TV room for the kiddos...there is a door on the daybed room for added privacy. The laundry room features a full sized stack-able washer and dryer.
The coastal inspired decor and comfy furnishings and a Queen sleeper in the living area create the perfect spot to kick back and relax with the family! Located on the third floor overlooking the surrounding community, the spacious living area has over-sized picture windows filling the room with natural light! The kitchen is a chef's dream with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, custom tile back-splash, granite counter tops and a large kitchen island with 4 bar stools. The dining area just off the kitchen has a table for 6 guests. There is a half bathroom off the main living area. Stroll out onto the balcony between the living and dining area to lounge in the shade or fire up the propane grill for a family feast. Let the Gulf breeze take away the stress as you sip your morning cup of coffee or a refreshing evening cocktail.
The fourth floor of the home is a private oasis...the luxurious Master Suite with a King bed, flat screen TV, private en-suite bathroom and great views! Large windows, natural light and calming colors make for the perfect retreat after a long day at the beach. The private bathroom has a double vanity and a large tiled walk-in shower with bench seat, custom marble tile-work and plenty of space. The private Master balcony has a partial Gulf view to the South and overlooks Tresca Lake to the North.
Situated conveniently between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, this home is in the perfect location for your relaxing beach vacation! You will love the quiet serenity of Seagrove Beach away from all the hustle and bustle...and yet, you can still visit all of the area's best restaurants and shops in just a short drive. Head East or West to explore all of the unique beach communities that are scattered along scenic Hwy 30A. Around every turn, you will find something new...eclectic boutiques, great eats, beautiful lakes, Gulf views and thick groves of windswept trees from which Seagrove Beach got its name. You will love Seagrove Beach with its timeless sunsets, cool breezes, warm emerald waters and sugar white sand.
Note: This home has 2 parking spaces available; the garage is not available to guests. For the comfort and enjoyment of ALL guests, Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed at Mystique.

Your Sterling Stay
Within 24 hours of booking:
~ You will receive an email confirmation containing important contact details for guest services and a link to access all of your vacation information from your smart phone.
~ Your deposit of 50% will be charged to your credit card to confirm your rental reservation.
As your arrival date approaches:
~ We will send reminders about the guest portal so you can make sure you have all your check-in details and rental extras covered before you arrive.
~ Just before check-in day, you will receive your access codes & other information specific to your rental home. When you arrive, you can go straight to the property and begin enjoying your vacation immediately without the hassle of typical check-in procedures.
At the beach:
~ Once you're here, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, provide concierge support, or address any issues that may arise during your stay.
~ Now all you have to do is HAVE FUN!
~ Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in / late-check out is possible with an added charge and is subject to availability within 24 hours of arrival
~ All renters must be over 25 years of age. All vacationers under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
~ Smoking is strictly prohibited at all Sterling 30A properties.
~ Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
~ Limited Damage Coverage: The non-refundable Limited Damage Waiver covers the registered guest against any accidental damages to the unit or its contents when reported to management immediately. Please see rental policies for more information on coverage.
~ All Sterling 30A properties are privately owned by an individual. Availability of subject property may change due to unforeseen sale, contract change, or maintenance requirements. Sterling 30A will always work to find comparable alternative accommodations in the event a property becomes unavailable.
