We spent much of our time on the large balconies looking at the ocean. All the outdoor furniture was wonderful. We enjoyed the 2 large outdoor dining tables to eat in the evenings. This is the perfect house for our group.

We had such a great time at the Daniel Dunes beach house in Seagrove. We had 3 sets of families and plenty of room. Thanks for letting us use all your beach items. We will book again.

We had a wonderful week at Daniel Dunes. The house was clean, well stocked and very spacious. We spent our days using the kayak and paddle boards on the ocean, enjoyed seeing many ocean creatures (one day we saw 5 dolphins and one of the paddle boards was within a paddle length of a mom & baby dolphin swimming by!), road the bikes for miles everyday, riding through the different neighbourhoods of 30A and played in the pool whenever we could fit it in. We really enjoyed all the balconies and ate all our meals outside while enjoying the views. We had a problem with the door lock one evening, but it was dealt with efficiently. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful quiet location on 30A.

Enjoyed our stay. There were 6 adults and four children. Plenty of room for all. Especially enjoyed the balcony and the lovely pool.

Our extended family of 13, included 8 adults and 5 children, ages 7 years to 3 years. Daniel Dunes was the perfect place for us. Plenty of room to spread out! Close to the beach and located on a quiet circle. We had lots of fun in the pool. The kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, beach chairs, ping pong table, and sand toys were an added bonus! We were surprised by the four complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach for us each morning - nice touch! We would highly recommend Daniel Dunes for your family vacation rental.

We had the best time celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary with our family here. We really couldn't have found a more ideal home. Accommodations were outstanding and all the extras were phenomenal!! Any concerns were handled in a very timely manner. We would definitely rent this home again in the future.

What a wonderful home. The extras in the garage took it to a whole new level! Great views and super short walk to the beach. The pool was amazing as well. Plenty of room for three families and then some. Thank you for everything, especially answering all of our questions promptly! Will definitely use again.

Such a wonderful family beach vacation. We had 4 families making the trip (from 3 different states with10 kids ages 14 to 3) and there was room for everyone! Location was ideal for quick trips to Publix, fresh seafood and great take-out restaurants! The weather was a bit on the cool side, but the heated pool proved to be worth every $$. The very close proximity to the beach was also perfect for everyone to take walks on the beach, seashell hunting, catching waves, sunsets, starry night walks, etc. The extra equipment that came with the house was also a "perk" - life jackets, beach chairs, wagon & sand castle tools, bikes, kayaks, etc. The house was very clean, kitchen had all the utensils we needed for cooking. Wish the weather had been more cooperative so we could have used the kayaks and actually played in ocean water.......but maybe next time. Priceless memories!! Would definitely book this one again! My family had a wonderful time staying at Daniel Dunes for a week. The location is excellent and all the extras that come with the property are lots of fun. We had plenty of room for 11 of my friends and family. The pool in the back was also a welcome addition as there were a couple days where relaxing by the pool was a nice change. This was a very special trip for myself as I got engaged to my girlfriend and Daniel Dunes provided a great location to make lasting memories for all my family and friends.

We had an excellent time during our week at the house full of fun and laughter from lounging by the pool to hanging out on the beach. All the "toys" that are included make for fun adventures each day and the amazing views from the wrap around decks are perfect for early morning coffee drinkers and evening dinners/drinks.

We wanted to do something special for our 30th anniversary/life celebration after my being cleared of cancer. Fourteen family members flew in from California, Connecticut, New York and Tampa, and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation house. My husband and I stood under the arch overlooking the lake to renew our vows, then had a wonderful poolside party. Each day we enjoyed the amazing beach, kayaked, boogie-boarded, or biked around Seaside, thanks to all the wonderful "toys" in the garage. The home is beautifully outfitted, with awesome views. Most nights we had dinner on deck, overlooking breathtaking sunsets (however, Café Thirty A, Seagrove "V", and the rooftop deck at Whiskey Bravo are not to be missed). Daniel Dunes has everything, including the nicest owners. Everyone had the time of their lives, and I only hope we can do it again.

We were a small vacationing group - especially and in regards to the size of the house. We are just a family of three: Me, My wife, and Our two year old daughter. This rental catered to our size family perfectly as the main living quarters (full, modern kitchen, flat screen and huge sectional, kitchen table, porch overlooking peaceful street and beach, full restroom, and two bedrooms) pretty much satisfied every single need all in one, immaculately maintained level of the vacation home. The majority of our time was spent outside of the home, and the homeowner was beyond gracious in her tedious and very thoughtful work she has put into the various information guides and maps and tips/pointers/etc all organized by the homeowner. That was awesome! Thank you for that. :0) We counted our steps to the beach..... My wife was approx 50 or so... I was closed to 35-40. The beach is literally that close. The pictures don't do this fact justice. But that was one of our most favorite parts of this renting experience.... The beach was so much closer than we had anticipated! The pool area is perfect. It's fairly secluded considering there are rentals on both sides. The owners and the home developer have and are doing a good job on maintaining nice, private spaces. The pool area and grill area/porches were two of these area we used and enjoyed. The lake access is also private, and while very seldomly used, it was pretty and provided and very quiet backdrop. ***note: this rental is QUIET! (Yay!! So peaceful!)****** Everything else was great. We spent a week in May 2015 and everything either met and/or exceeded our expectations. I definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking.

So pleased with this rental. Clean, beach convenient, and well stock with nice beach chairs. Easy check in and access upon arriving. Owner great to work with. Beach set-up provided was a GREAT plus to this rental!! Definitely would rent here again.

Week w/3 adult sons, their wives and 5 grandchildren. Layout was good. Kitchen had everything we needed. All the pool and beach items in garage was a plus!Easy walk to the beach. Really appreciated locked fence around pool. AC and WiFi worked fine. No issues. Having pool heated was worth it! Full size washer/dryer was also handy.

Best location!

We loved the house. The pool was big enough for everyone. The garage had everything you could ever want. We used the kayak, the yolo board, the bikes, the beach chairs, the beach toys, the boogie boards and the beach wagon to haul it down there. Easy walk to the beach. Close to Seaside! Marina is the best! Whenever we had a question she answered immediately. The beds were very comfortable. We rented a golf cart, would stay on the beach all day, ride to Seaside for some Frosty Bites after lunch, ride to Publix to pick up supper and spend our evening by the pool. Staying at this house gives you the ultimate beach vacation where you never have to get in your car and go anywhere because this house has it all.

Our extended family rented Daniel Dunes so that we could all stay together and celebrate our parents' 50th anniversary. We were looking for a house roomy enough to house eight adults and seven children (ages 5-17) comfortably. We also wanted to be sure we were close enough to the beach to make access easy and allow the group to come and go as desired. Daniel Dunes proved to be perfect for all of our needs. The house is exactly as advertised, and the owners are very pleasant to work with. The beach chairs, bikes, beach toys, kayaks, and paddle boards are a wonderful bonus for this property. We mentioned several times during our trip that we would definitely rent this home again!

My family of 15 greatly enjoyed our week at Daniel Dunes. Marina was wonderful to work with and the extras that have been put into the property really enhance the enjoyment of staying in this wonderful place. I would recommend this property to any large family. Thanks!

This was our first trip to 30A and we had 15 people in tow. Daniel Dunes was able to accommodate us all from the private swimming pool out back (heated to bath temperature if you are so inclined) to seating at mealtimes. The wrap around decks were amazing for evening drinks and the location was steps to the beach and minutes to nearby Seaside. We loved being out of the traffic of Seaside but so close for the amenities (including Publix in Watercolor). The private beach is maintained phenomenally well and the guys at BeachChairs4U will set you up some umbrellas that you can return to each day. We utilized the beach chairs in the garage, the kayak, pool toys and took advantage of the Wi-Fi. The new Keurig is a nice addition and the HE Washer and Dryer actually sing to you when they are complete. We enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Look no further for the perfect beach house! Everything you will need and the scenic views are incredible! We will never stay anywhere else! Absolutely an awesome house. Lots of time and thought went into this home to make sure everyone is happy and accommodated!

Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your home! We had no idea how close to the beach you really are. It was a very pleasant surprise! Another unexpected perk was all the gear in the garage. We felt so lucky to be able to kayak or paddle board any day or time we chose instead of renting the equipment by the hour or day. And, the ultimate surprise was your celebrity neighbor who happened to be at his home during our stay! He was so gracious and it was great fun to sit on the deck and watch his kids learning to ride bikes. Wonderful girls trip! We WILL be back!

A wonderful property. Our family has been vacationing in the panhandle of Florida since the 80s. This is one of the best vacation homes we have found. So close to everything yet far enough away to give us the privacy we want. On a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. Steps to the beach. One of the few properties with an abundance of silverware, glasses, and dishes. Any minor issues we reported were quickly addressed by the owners. Everyone loved the equipment in the garage. Boards, kayak, and bicycles. All were used. Pool was the perfect size for our large family and we grilled out many times. Quality pool and deck furniture. Large TVs in all bedrooms. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Our thanks to Marina and Patrick.

We stayed here for Spring Break with another family. There was plenty of room for everyone. Location was perfect! Great views! Super easy walk to gorgeous beach! Fresh water lake was awesome, as well. Lots of things to do but still VERY relaxing. Teenagers were thrilled with heated pool, kayaks and paddle boards. Owner's manual (a photo album full of recommendations for nearby restaurants) was very helpful! Short drive to Seaside for lunch, dinner or shopping if you feel like venturing out. House was very clean and well maintained. We can't wait to go back!!

Once again, we had a fantastic stay at Daniel Dunes! The owners couldn’t be nicer to work with and there are so many extras in the garage! We thoroughly enjoyed the paddle boards that were added! My husband was totally up all the $$ we saved by renting your home since there are so many things you graciously allow your guests to use. Weather was great, sunsets from the decks were beautiful – couldn’t have been a nicer getaway. Didn’t want to leave – can’t wait to come back next year!

We had the most FABULOUS family vacation at this house! Our large family was very happy and loved the spacious bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable too. We spent a lot of time on the multi-level decks watching the ocean and feeling the breeze. We took advantage of the long bike rides and short walk to the beach. They were wonderful! So much thought was put into everything especially the kitchen – they didn’t forget a thing! But the kids’ favorite amenity was the heated pool! It was the perfect temperature even for our off-season visit. I highly recommend renting this house. Neat as a pin, newly and beautifully decorated and it has all the modern conveniences. We can’t wait to go back! :)

We have stayed at many places along 30A and this is by far our favorite! All our criteria and more were met: VERY close to beach, great gulf views (sitting on the deck watching the sunsets was our favorite thing to do), heated pool with plenty of pool furniture, 2 master suites, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful location (we didn't even realize how great until we got there - being on a lake of Deer Lake State Park was awesome), bike ride away from Seaside and Rosemary, and very clean (whoever cleans this home does an outstanding job). The owners are great to work with and there are so many things in the garage - beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, bikes, kayak, etc - next time we stay, we will have much more room in the car :). We will be booking this home for 2013 - from the calendar, we obviously need to decide on our dates quickly because it looks like weeks are booking up already!

We had a GREAT stay over the New Year’s holiday last year. Like a previous reviewer, I was hesitant to leave a review because I thought we may want to keep this place a secret :). The BEST thing about this home is how very close you are to the beach and the wonderful gulf views – it is as close to being a gulf front home as you can get without the gulf front prices. The walk to the beach is not more than 1 minute and there is very little traffic– so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. Both master bedrooms are very large – can easily fit a couple of kids on an air mattress along with the parents. The house is very well equipped – we didn’t even need to bring any beach chairs or umbrellas – everything we needed was already there for us to use in the garage. Kids loved biking to Seagrove/Seaside and having a kayak whenever we wanted was very nice too. The pool was great - very private with the lake in back. We will definitely be booking for next year! This house was amazing! Everything was lovely and in wonderful condition. Upon arrival I was a little disappointed about so many properties surrounding the house-was I wrong! Once inside, this place was totally private. Never did I feel that other people were on top of us and the pool is so secluded with a private view of the lake. The bedrooms and baths are spacious. We had our children and young grandchildren and there was plenty of room and privacy for all. We took portacribs and high chairs and there was ample room for all. The balconies are totally enclosed with gates at the top of each staircase. Everything that you could ever need is included. We were so pleased with all of the beach equipment-all we needed were our towels and sunscreen. The beach was never too crowded even though we were there in July. The beach is just across a small road with little traffic. We had four cars and parking was never a problem. We walked, ran or biked everyday. Bikes were furnished for all ages. It is a short distance to the main road and then the walk/bike paths go for miles in both directions. Our only regret was that we did not have time to take the kayak out. The entire house is stone tile. This is great for a house on the beach. A little worrisome with young toddlers but we never had any problems. The owners seem to really care about their property. My questions were answered immediately. This was a terrific find for us. We could not have had a better house to bring our family together in. It helped make our vacation a week to remember. Would definately rent this house again.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room and the updates were so nice. The pictures don't do the place justice, the two upstairs bedrooms are HUGE!!! The beach takes maybe a minute to get to and the beach views from the house are wonderful. We didn't even need to bring our beach chairs there were a ton at the house along with umbrellas, boogie boards, kayak and bicycles. We rode bicycles daily, the trip to Seaside was not bad at all and you could even ride to Rosemary Beach, We recommend doing that early in the morning because it gets kinda hot. Do not be afraid to rent this house, it has everything you need and the most perfect location. We hope to vacation here again!!!

WOW! What a beautiful home. The pictures will never be able to capture the true beauty and serenity of this beach home. We will definitely be staying here again. The ocean is literally feet away from the front door so it was easy to escape to the sand at any time of day and night. We saw the sun rise, the sun set and we even ventured out at night to see the crabs in the sand. This home has great crosswind when you open all the doors on the main floor. We never even turned the unit on and my mother and father (retirement age) were nice and comfy in the in-law suite just off the garage. We didn't eat out much, but cooked every meal in and the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils and pots and pans that we needed. One of the highlights of the weekend was finding out that the bike rental shop actually delivers and picks up......so we took a bike ride to seaside and back several times.......it was an easy ride and so enjoyable. Well, I could go on and on........we truly did not want to leave. Just as a reference, the listing is very accurate about the number of people who can sleep in this home comfortably.

We were one of three families that stayed at Daniel Dunes over spring break. This is a great house. Well appointed with everything you need and things we didn't even know we needed. Wood floors, new furniture, and spacious rooms that were beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very nice and has high quality appliances. There is a very nice pool, but the truth is, the proximity to this amazing beach is what makes this house even more outstanding. You're literally on the beach in 60 seconds! It's located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by other beautiful beach homes. Marina and Patrick have thought of everything, including providing beach chairs, ping pong, boogie boards, and a kayak, which was used every single day. They also left behind a binder full of their recommendations and information on everything to do in the area. The 30-A location is amazing, and our spring break couldn't have been better. Fantastic home!!  Pictures don't do the views justice - this house is VERY close to the beach - very convenient.  The owners did a great job with the updates to the home - one of the best places we have stayed on 30a - not crowded and a short distance to Seaside and Rosemary.  We will definitely be booking a return visit.

The home is outstanding, great gulf views, quick quick walk to the beach, excellent pool at the home, and even a great little lake in the back yard. The interior of the home is well equipped, comfortable beds and furnishings, great kitchen. We will definitely be back again in the future!
