13 Cinnamon Fern is located in the beautiful Nature Walk neighborhood of Seagrove Beach, just minutes from the beach and neighboring Seaside and WaterColor communities. This beautiful home features a two king master suites, one guest queen bedroom, a bunk room with a full over full bunk easily accommodating 10 people. Enjoy your ride through the neighborhood, and the community of Watercolor and Seaside on your 4 seater golf cart or take a ride on your bikes. 

Once the sun goes down, it's time to relax with your family. There is no better way to do so then with a movie for entertainment. Relax in the downstairs living room, or the upstairs entertainment room. DVD/Blu-Ray In All Living Areas Including All Bedrooms! If your family has different taste in movies and entertainment, don't spend your vacation arguing over what to watch. '13 Cinnamon Fern Lane' has with two large cover porches to relax and unwind on. When you return to your rental after a day at the beach, the entire family rushes to the bathroom to rinse off the sand and saltwater. This house is complete with three full bathrooms and a half bath to make getting ready much easier. All are equipped with plenty of fluffy white towels and starter amenities. Please provide your own beach or pool towels. Memories are made around the dining room table. Spend time playing a game or reflecting on your day over a hot meal n prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. This table seats 8 and a breakfast bar seats 3.Driveway parking for 2 vehicles, plus there is additional designated off-street parking areas located throughout community.

Neighborhood Amenities 'Gathering Place' -
“Gathering Place” is located in the front central area of the community, features a large zero entry pool, heated lap pool, hot tub, toddler splash pool, children’s playground, fire pit with conversation seating, 2 gas grills, self-entertainment bar, hammocks, bathrooms, shaded seating with tables/chairs. Chaise lounge chairs surround pool and available on a first come/first served basis. Access to pool is gated by key card, hours are posted. A shopping center is located near NatureWalk’s entrance with Publix, Nail and Spa, Pizza, Pure Barre, and more local restaurants! Adjacent to Point Washington State Forest with direct access to 27 miles of hiking and biking trails.

Convenient Beaches:
Lilly Lane beach trail is for walking or biking only and is located across from the Gathering Place. This trail is a wide, compacted trail through Point Washington State Forest that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Avenue is a dead-end street that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, and has limited parking.
Santa Clara beach access is about 500 feet east (to the left) and has a large parking lot with bathrooms and is handicapped accessible with a ramp to the beach vs. stairs. Just under a mile or 10-minute bike ride to the public beach access from Naturewalk.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
Must be kept in a crate when guests are not with their dog
30 Pound Limit: One dog weighing 30 lbs OR two dogs weighing a total of 30 lbs

1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property. 
4) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
6) Pet Friendly with a non-refundable pet fee $250 + tax.
