This rental is definitely one to check out! Perfect area, steps from the beach, beautiful decor, clean, and affordable! Tamar was a wonderful host and always available when needed(which wasn’t much)! My family and I will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

We made our first trip to 30a this year. I was a little apprehensive about booking a place online. Tamer was very accommodating and put all my fears to rest. He was great to work with. This townhome was very nice and in a great location. It was quite convenient to be so close to the beach with dedicated parking. Tamer is a top notch host. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, look no further.

We have stayed at Tamer’s Townhome for the past 2 years, and we can honestly say that Seagrove is now our home away from home! It is our absolute favorite, and Tamer’s hospitality and service is the best of best! He accommodates to his guests, always going above and beyond within his efforts to make the best stay for his guests….He answers quickly, makes sure everything is ready, and he is always there to offer help when needed. His townhome is clean, perfect location to the beach, and perfect for a family! I highly recommend Seagrove & 30A, and I give Tamer my highest recommendation as a host.

Wondetful location close to Seaside, local restaurants. Great Beach access. Tamer was the best host taking care of every need immediately. This was my first visit to the Seagrove area and I can't wait to come back. Convenience store, Cafe 30a across the street. Bicycle rental just a short walk away. Beach set up was included with our stay, plus Tamer also had extra umbrellas and chairs if needed. All you can ask for and more.

This home is beautifully decorated! The kitchen is well equipped with all you would need for your stay. The master bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and well appointed. Just a couple minutes walk to the beautiful beach and close to several great restaurants. We really appreciated Tamer checking in with us to make sure check in went well. He was responsive and had great suggestions on activities in the area. We had a wonderful time and hope return next year!

Tamar was amazing to work with. The townhome was clean and in the perfect location for beach, dining and shopping. The home came with everything you could need from the kitchen to the beach! Any questions we had Tamar quickly answered. Having a garage was PERFECT with kids. We parked in the designated spot and used the garage to keep all the sandy beach toys and chairs out of the house. This is our 10th year along 30A and Tamar and his family was hands down the best we have have ever rented from.

This is my second time staying at this cozy condo and I plan to keep coming back. The location is perfect - quiet and close to great restaurants, gas station, a nice walk to seaside and very easy walk to private beach and pools. The host makes the stay even better. Tamer is extremely responsive and accommodating. He goes out of his way to make your trip perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated with all amenities. 10 out of 10 would recommend again!

The condo has everything you need! Great location with easy beach access, close to restaurants and bike rentals! I would definitely recommend and rent again!

Everything was clean, well cared for. Tamer makes you feel comfortable and welcome. He was very responsive with any questions including simple things like, where is the best pizza place around. The layout works well when you have guests, they each have their own floor. I was a little hesitant about having 3 floors, but it worked out well, everyone had their own privacy. Our guests said it was like having your own apartment. Publix was 5 minutes away. There was other shopping within a couple of blocks. It was quiet and relaxing. We would rent again.

Tamer’s place was so great. It was perfect location on the beach. Tamer was easily accessible our whole stay and prior to arriving. Having a garage was convenient for leaving all of our beach stuff in and not having to bring it inside. Tamer’s place in Santa Rosa is right in between Seaside and South Walton. We rode bikes everywhere. We will definitely stay here again. There was plenty of room for two families with kids.

First Floor: Queen bedroom with Walk-in-Shower. Please note this room is accessible via garage and direct access to community pool.
Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen, Dining, Hall Bath with Walk-in-Shower, and Balcony Access
Third Floor: Master bedroom with King size bed and Walk-In_Shower & soaking Tub+Laundry.

PARKING: Two (2) Cars parking: One assigned spot with unit number on it and one inside the garage
**Legacy townhome is a gated community, and we will provide the access code 24 hours before your check in date.
BEACH ACCESS: Legacy Townhome Guests have access to the beach by using the private boardwalk located at back of property.
Legacy Townhome guests can set up on the public beach to the right or left of boardwalk.
Strict enforcement that the private boardwalk is to be accessed by Legacy Townhome guests and NOT set up is allowed on the Legacy Condominium private beach.
Please enjoy your private boardwalk to paradise and utilize the public beaches to right and left of the private Legacy boardwalk for fun in the sun.
** 220V inside the garage for EV charger.

** 8 beach chairs and two umbrellas on the townhome located inside the garage for guests to use at the beach.

Conveniently located south off Scenic 30A in the center of South Walton's Seagrove Beach. No need to cross any street to access the beach.
You can walk across the street to the popular highly acclaimed Café 30A restaurant. Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta is right next door with hand-tossed pizzas and fabulous Italian home-style pastas.
