- Main House and Carriage House Rent as One
This main house and carriage house rents as one and is 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping 8 guests total. Located just across street from the public beach access, just 100 yards away, you will be in the ideal location for all day beach access. The fenced in back yard is private and spacious with a private pool and plenty of space on the pool deck for lounging, grilling and dining.
Step inside to the open concept first floor living space. The kitchen is bright and well lit with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The dining table seats six with four bar stools at the kitchen island. The living room is cozy with two couches and a love seat. Additionally on the first floor you will find a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite with a single sink and stand up shower. This guest bedroom also has doors to access the backyard.
Head on up the stairs to the second floor where you will find two guest bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private en suite which includes a single sink, soaking tub and stand up shower. This master bedroom also has access to the balcony/bridge. The second bedroom on this level has a king size bed and private en suite which includes a single sink and stand up shower. This bedroom also has access to the balcony/bridge that connects the main house and carriage house. The third floor of the main house has a balcony with gulf views, perfect spot to catch a sunset! The third floor also has a living space with a queen size sleeper sofa, should you need extra sleeping arrangements.
The carriage house has stairs on the outside or you can access it from the second floor of the main house via the connecting balcony/bridge. There is a garage on the bottom of the carriage house and the living space is on the second floor. The carriage house has its own kitchenette, balcony and cozy living area. It also has a queen size bed, private bathroom and a queen pull out sofa bed in the living space to accommodate extra guests.
Enjoy the many outdoor spaces of this home including the porches, balconies, and fenced in backyard with priavte pool or head over to the beach access for a fun filled beach day. Hop on the beach cruiser bikes and take a quick bike ride from Seagrove and Seaside for some shopping! Come back and grill on the propane grill and eat poolside with the entire family while making memories to last a lifetime.
