My wife and I have traveled a lot throughout our lives, and I have to say that this was one of the most amazing vacations that we have ever taken. Got to share such an incredibly relaxing and beautiful experience with our children and our grandchildren in Seacrest Beach. Steps from the pool, a short walk to the beach and a beautiful home to stay in….what more could we ask for. The people at 30A Escapes were so helpful from the moment we booked this vacation several months ago and continued to be through the time that we left. Definitely going to be back!

This corner unit and wrap around balcony is sure to impress with private direct access from the balcony to the sugar white sands of Seagrove Beach! This condo was completely renovated in 2021 and features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. This unit is nestled in a quiet cove at the end of a dead-end street in a building with elevator that hosts only 24 units.
You will be swept away by the wall to wall windows that allow unobstructed views of this gulf front property! The open concept living, kitchen and dining areas allow everyone to enjoy being together! The brand new kitchen has been upgraded with leathered granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and and oversized island which provides four extra seating arrangements. Enjoy gulf views while you dine at the dining table fit for 8 guests. Cozy up in the living room, featuring a fireplace! Step out onto the wrap around balcony from the living room to take in the seabreeze and sunsets.
The master suite has a king size bed, balcony access and an en suite that is sure to impress! The master en suite has separate his and her sinks, a soaking tub with gulf views and and over sized walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite complete with a single sink and glass enclosed shower. The third guest bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and en suite with a single sink and shower/tub combo.

1) Travel insurance is NOT included in our quotes but can be purchased during check out or obtained independently.
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX only.
3) This property has 3 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) This vacation rental has a requirement of a minimum (7) night rental year round.
5) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
6) Golf Carts are not permitted per HOA rules.
