This was the perfect beachfront cottage!! My wife and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary and decided to go to SeaSide. This house was exactly how it was described and the listing host was very polite and helpful. You park your car in your assigned spot and never have to leave in a Car again. All shops and restaurants are literally walking distance. We will be back!

The Pearl is truly a gem. I booked this cottage to take a few days to myself to recharge a bit, and it was a perfect place to escape. The property is impeccably maintained, charmingly appointed, and very cozy. The photographs on VRBO are an accurate representation of the decor - the place really is that cute. My favorite part of the cottage was the chaise lounge on the balcony - I spent hours there reading books and listening to the waves. I could have easily stayed twice as long. The owner is amazing - she checked in with me after arrival and responded quickly to any questions I had for her. The cottage is a very short walk from the square, where you can find food trucks and restaurants. It's less than a mile to the grocery store. In short - it's close to all the things that you'll need! If you're a single or a couple looking for a place to enjoy a nice little escape, I highly recommend staying here. Treat yourself! You won't regret it!

Step inside and into the first floor, which includes a generous king master suite, radiating with natural light throughout the space, a flat-screen LCD television, a full bathroom (shower only) and a private, spacious screened-in porch with a soaking tub and privacy curtains. Make your way up a set of stairs and into an open, airy second story, which is a combined floor plan, offering a living room with a sleeper sofa, as well as an adjacent kitchen, and an expansive open air porch off the living area! This kitchenette features all stainless steel appliances, an under the counter fridge/freezer, a full dishwasher, a Smeg coffee pot and tea pot and two burner electrical stove top. Additionally, there is a dining area nearby with seating for four.
