The view was amazing. The location was perfect. The condo was immaculate! This was our first time staying in 30A and we will definitely book this condo again. I’d highly recommend to all my friends and family!!

We had an absolutely wonderful week on 30a and staying in this condo was what contributed to that! The view from the living/kitchen/balcony is spectacular. So much so, that is where we enjoyed a dinner in of fresh steamed shrimp from Buddy's. I must say this is one of the cleanest condos we've stayed in on the beach! (Kudos, Lynn, to your sweet housekeeper that climbs 3 flights of stairs and works so hard!) The daily chairs/umbrella and ample private beach space adds to the comfort and relaxation even during peak vaca dates. The location on 30a is perfect for bike riding, walking and jogging (during the daylight) or to paddle on Eastern Lake. It's just far enough from Seaside to have some breathing space, while still being close enough to reach by bike or driving if nighttime (pay parking in SS or shuttle from Grayton). It's just around the corner from Old Florida Fish House, Buddy's, and a darling coffee/wine shop. We look forward to future trips at Leeward 1 :) !

We had a very relaxing week at Leeward I #9. We've been coming to the Emerald Coast for decades to get away from our normal routine and to "recharge our mental batteries". I discovered Eastern Lake Road on a bike ride on a previous vacation. It was our first time to stay here and this condo is one of our favorites. Our stay started with Labor Day weekend; even so, the surrounding area was quiet. The size is just right for 2 people. The bed supplied with this place was very comfortable and added to the quality of our stay. It's close enough to places to eat, get groceries and rent bikes and kayaks. Goat Feathers is close by. The balcony was a little smaller than some others but this was not a problem. We spent the evenings on the balcony and it was fine. The balcony chairs are the "bar stool" style so you can see over the railing. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella and it was nice not to have to worry about getting this arranged. Also, the people that manage the rental were easy to work with and very responsive to our questions (such as "what kind of mattress is on the bed?").

Beachfront Condo with Gorgeous Beach View , 10' Ceilings and a King bed
New beach front building that was completed in Oct. 2010. It is a small 9 unit building with private beach access and outdoor shower. This unit features granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen. There is an outdoor charcoal grill in the parking lot and bicycle rack. There is 1 parking space per condo at no charge.
Located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside and a few restaurants are a short bike ride away.
This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.
