Santa Rosa boasts one of this country's most beautiful beaches. This beachfront condo is located just east of Seaside - which is just past all the traffic (and beach) congestion. We are habitual visitors to this property and enjoy it immensely each time.

Wow! We’ve been coming to 30A for over 20 years and this was the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in and that’s very important to me!! The views were exceptional, the bed was super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of nights during our stay. Loved the beach set up each day as well. We will be back for sure! Lynn was great to work with!

Unit was clean , up to date, new comfy couch. Bed very comfortable. Water pressure in shower and in flushing is very good. Awesome view of sunsets and ocean. No pets and no children in unit was a plus for what we were looking for. Planning for next year, same place same time.

We had an awesome experience at Seagrove and Leeward 6. The complex is fairly small, which is nice, but has easy parking right in front, and an easy walk up to the condo and right out to the beach. The road is very quiet and peaceful, especially in the evenings, we noticed how relaxing everything was. Everything inside is super clean, new, and everything you could want in your beach stay. Umbrella service was great, everything was ready for us as we got to the beach each day. We rented bikes a couple of days to ride into Seaside, which was fun. Many great restaurants are close by, and our favorite was probably the Old Florida Fish house, which is about a 2 min drive from the condo. Couldn't recommend this condo highly enough. Lynn was awesome to work with the entire time, very timely with communication and made sure we were set up to have a great stay.

Beachfront Condo with Gorgeous Beach View , 10' Ceilings and a King bed
New beach front building that was completed in Oct. 2010. It is a small 9 unit building with private beach access and outdoor shower. This is a 2nd floor west corner unit featuring granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen. There is an outdoor charcoal grill in the parking lot and bicycle rack. There is 1 parking space per condo at no charge.
Located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside is a short bike ride away.
This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.
