My wife and I have been visiting Seagrove for at least fourteen years and we have stayed at many different condominiums. I have to say this was the best experience we have had. The condo is located on a private stretch of beach so it is quiet and relaxing. The unit itself is updated and CLEAN! We had an absolute wonderful time.
Description
Beachfront with Gorgeous Gulf Views,10' Ceiling and King Bed
New beach front building that was completed in Oct. 2010. It is a small 9 unit building with private beach access and outdoor shower. This unit features granite counter tops and stainless appliances in the beautifully designed kitchen. There is an outdoor charcoal grill in the parking lot and bicycle rack. There is 1 parking space per condo at no charge.
Located on a quiet low traffic dead end road south of 30A, Eastern Lake Road, Seaside and several restaurants are a short bike ride away.
This is a NO SMOKING complex. If you are a smoker, please choose a different property. HOA does not allow smoking in the unit, on balcony or any area on the property including the parking lot.
