You can`t beat it for luxury on the beach, at affordable rates for family vacations.
Renter must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property throughout the rental period.
Sugar Dunes is a gated community with a maximum of two vehicles allowed per condo in designated parking spots. Anyone found with more than two vehicles (unless unloading) will be towed at the renter's expense. Vehicles parked outside garages must be parked in designated space and must display parking pass at all times during your stay. No golf carts, boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis are allowed.
After one stay you will be hooked on our `you-can`t-be-closer` accommodations. We have a very high rate of return rentals -- so get your reservation in and join the other satisfied vacationers of the `Myer`s on the Beach` condo.
