Thank you for your interest in Myer Properties, Anchor Dunes, located in the family oriented Sugar Dunes Complex in Seagrove Beach Florida. Sugar Dunes is off the beaten path away from all the hustle and bustle of 30A but also conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, Seaside and The Hub along 30A.

This 3 bedroom/3 bath beach front unit will make you feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. Each bedroom is large and has a flat screen TV. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the third bedroom shares the hall bath. The laundry closet is located just outside the hall bath and has a brand-new washer and dryer (2017).

As you enter the open kitchen, dining and living areas you will be greeted with panoramic beach views through the floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door that leads out the spacious balcony.  You can spend time on the balcony taking in the views or you can access the stairs from the balcony that lead directly to the sand.

Because our beach is Private Property we have confirmed that owners and renters can use the beach sand and Umbrellas during this time of closed Public Beaches.  Call us as we have 6 units in this complex.  Families only; you must have an adult over 25 in charge during the rental Period.

The kitchen has beautiful updated recycled glass and seashell counter tops, a glass and stone tile back splash and stainless-steel appliances. It is also well stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, cookware and much more. The dining table offers seating for 8 with 3 extra seats at the kitchen counter.

You will enjoy the open living area with large flat screen TV, comfortable furniture and fireplace.  

Renter must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property throughout the rental period. 

Sugar Dunes is a gated community with a maximum of two vehicles allowed per condo in designated parking spots. This second-floor unit has a garage deep enough for both vehicles. Anyone found with more than two vehicles (unless unloading) will be towed at the renter's expense. No golf carts, boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis are allowed. 

The complex does have an elevator.

Once you visit Sugar Dunes, you will want to return year after year.
