Where do I begin? This property was excellent in every way. It was trendy (I like nice things) yet affordable, private, quiet, well stocked and near the beach! In the garage, for renters to use, there were items like a beach wagon (rolls in soft sand like a dream), body board, beach chairs and boogie boards! We used our own toys, but the beach cart was the MVP. Eileen (property manager) has excellent communication. She answered questions prior to my arrival, provided access codes and checked on us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. We noticed there was a "no kids" policy but learned kids are permitted! That policy only refers to young children who cannot safely navigate stairs. Once you enter the garage, there's a door that leads to a beautiful staircase that opens into the living space. Being said, there's no way to safely prevent a child from accessing that staircase. The space was perfect for my 14-year-old son and I but wouldn't accommodate a 3rd person. My only suggestions would be to add a washer/dryer if possible and a small outdoor space for morning coffee! Thanks for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Lovely newly constructed light filled studio on top of detached garage of private residence. Impeccably clean, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. Compact high end kitchen with everything you need. Perfect for 1 or 2 people for short stay. Quiet gated community, easy parking. Back windows of unit look out to forest. Beach access is a short walk through neighborhood that leads to a shared private entry gate to beautiful boardwalk through forest straight to beach. Beach flanks Grayton Beach State Park. Bikes and beach chairs in garage for use. This property is in a private community across the street from beach on 30A but beach walk is flat and easy. I didn’t use the community pools but they were available. I was in town for a wedding and business and this was a perfect place to stay. The hosts were friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. I have recommended this studio and would stay here again.

My stay was lovely in this brand new home with all the amenities I needed. Perfect set up for anyone looking for 2 persons. Home was well equipped and linens were nice and new. Host communication was readily avaible and answered all and any questions I had. Thank you we look forward to booking again.
