"A Day In The Life” is a two minute walk to the beach, and is located south of scenic 30A in the charming neighborhood known as Old Florida Cottages.

The main level of this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home hosts all three bedrooms, including the master suite which has a king bed and a private balcony. The second and third bedrooms share a bath. In these two rooms you will find a queen bed in one, and two sets of bunk beds in the other. The queen bedroom also has a private porch. Upstairs, you will find a spacious living and dining area, with lots of windows to allow plenty of natural light. The well equipped kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and all that you will need for meals in, or a quick breakfast or lunch on the go. The dining table seats 6, with 2 seats at the bar. Also on this floor is a glass top table with seating for 4, two additional decks, the washer and dryer, and a full bath. The third story loft boasts a wet bar, including a mini fridge, and a queen sleeper sofa, making this a great place to retreat and catch up on a good book, or a film or two.

The neighborhood of Old Florida Cottages features a community pool with restrooms and 2 grills adjacent to the pool area.
