The spacious kitchen includes seating for three at the counter, a traditional built-in coffee maker, and an additional standard coffee maker. There's also a wine/beverage cooler in the upstairs Master, ideal for enjoying coffee on the balcony in the morning or a beer or glass of wine in the evening. The upstairs porches provide partial views of the Gulf of Mexico, adding to the home's charm. The open living and dining area is great for gatherings, with a dining table that seats eight. For outdoor relaxation, the screened porch features two swinging day beds. Just beyond, the beautiful backyard offers a fire pit with ample seating, a cozy hammock, a gas grill, and a Cornhole area.
