Some of the attractions you will find nearby include Grayton Beach State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Blue Mountain Beach, Camp Helen State Park, Gulf Place Town Center, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, and Conservation Park.

This charming home offers a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. There are two living areas on opposite sides of the floor plan, offering inviting furniture and TVs so you don't have to fight over the remote. Right in the middle is the well-appointed chef's kitchen, which is complete with all stainless steel appliances. French glass doors lead you to the enclosed backyard, which boasts a deck with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.
