When it's time to turn in for the night, this home features four warm and inviting bedrooms including a king-suite on the lower level plus two queen bedrooms and a kid-friendly room with two twin bunks on the upper level. Free high-speed WiFi and a private high-capacity washer/dryer are also featured in the home.

Just a short bike ride will deliver you to nearby Eastern Lake. Here, a rare Coastal Dune Lake and the Gulf of Mexico coalesce to create what is sure to be one of your most unique experiences at the beach as the kids will have fun finding crabs, catching fish, and wading around in the warm shallows. There is also plenty of hiking nearby for additional fun. Sample local restaurants like Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House, a half-mile west, Steamboat Grill, less than a quarter-mile from your door, as well as the Old Florida Fish House just across the Eastern Lake Bridge. In addition, you are just a short walk or bike ride to Seagrove Beach's newest destination for shopping, dining and relaxation Greenway Station on 30A. Beautifully designed, Greenway Station offers everything you desire during your 30A stay perfectly positioned in the heart of Seagrove Beach.
