Sandcastle Dunes is a luxury vacation rental in Watersound, a beautiful gated neighborhood that offers a community pool. Between the main house and carriage house, this property features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms sleeping a total of 14 guests. Welcome to Sandcastle Dunes overlooking a serene pond! This stunning property offers a combination of architectural elegance, modern amenities, and breathtaking views, ensuring a truly remarkable getaway. As you enter, you'll be captivated by the architectural details that adorn the living room. Beams accentuate the high ceilings, while the wood floors add warmth and character. The shiplap wainscoting provides a touch of coastal charm, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Nestled in one corner, a fireplace beckons you to cozy up on cool evenings. The living room opens up to a wrap-around deck, offering panoramic views of the picturesque pond.



The kitchen is a gourmet's delight, boasting top-of-the-line appliances and gorgeous countertops that cater to your culinary desires. The centerpiece is a 6-burner gas stove, perfect for preparing exquisite meals. Additionally, a beverage cooler and ice maker ensure your drinks are always chilled to perfection. The kitchen also features bar seating for six, allowing for casual dining and socializing while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Nearby a formal dining room is available with seating for eight.



A primary king suite resides on the first floor for those that prefer not to use the stairs. It boasts a stunning claw-foot tub, shower, water closet, and true dual vanities. 

Make your way to the second floor, where you'll find a living room designed for relaxation and entertainment. Three comfortable couches are arranged around a TV and Blu-ray player, providing an ideal setting for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Three lovely bedrooms are offered on the second floor, each with its own private bathroom. In addition, there is also a bunk nook with a twin daybed with twin trundle.

On the third floor, a landing awaits, featuring additional couches where you can unwind and enjoy some quiet moments. Venture up a spiral staircase, and you'll reach the crown jewel of Sandcastle Dunes—a rooftop patio. From this vantage point, you'll be treated to breathtaking panoramic views of the pond and the surrounding landscape. If additional sleeping accommodations are required, the carriage house features a king bed, private bathroom, kitchenette.
